The site is about 120 km from the City of São Paulo, in a valley full of forested forest, where the air is extremely pure and the absolute silence, which are ideal to relax a few days away from the stress of the big city. It has a swimming pool with 1.40 meters in the shallowest part and 1.90 meters in the deepest part, a barbecue, space for a bar, a wood-burning stove, a lake and several fruit trees.
