When we arrived, the apartment was extremely clean, a gem. It is as shown in the photos, the beds are comfortable, it has kitchen utensils, everything as shown in the listing. Julia is super kind, communication with her was easy and agile. We had a little problem with the shower, and she quickly helped us by calling an electrician who arrived super fast and solved the problem. We will definitely return!

The apartment served me well for the weekend. The fact that the building doesn't have an elevator didn't bother me, but it might be a problem for other people. Max was thoughtful and flexible about the schedules.

Very nice apartment, close to many points of interest. Spacious, with 2 bathrooms, we were able to stay with 6 adults comfortably.

We spent a long season in Maria's apartment. It was super quiet! The very few problems we had were solved by her quickly. The kitchen is very well served by appliances and the barbecue is great! The fact that it has an isolated garage from the building's garage, with exclusive entrance, is very good for the dynamics of the house.

D. Lenir and Richard are great hosts. D. Lenir was very nice and welcoming. Richard was very polite and very understanding of my requests and questions. They received us and guided us precisely on the procedures and use. The property was very clean, well sanitized, cozy house in a quiet location and close to the downtown shops, two malls also close by, 250 and 400 meters, that you can walk to. Great value for money. I would stay there again and I highly recommend it. I just have to thank you!!!

The host Felipe, from the first contact, was very helpful, we spent the Easter holiday as a family. The house is better than in the photos, everything very well maintained, clean, super-equipped kitchen, large and very clean pool, very nice gourmet area. Even the soccer field was a big hit with adults and children. The condominium is beautiful and very quiet! The only thing I can suggest is that there should be a TV in the main room or in the gourmet area, otherwise everything was perfect. We only have to thank you.

Very complete AP, super clean (without the smell of mold or dust). The building has a swimming pool and game room and is great for spending time. The surroundings are great for walking. Rosangela was very attentive at all times and the check in/check out was excellent.

We loved Thereza's apartment! Spacious, airy, clean and with a beautiful view☺️ Great location, nice city. I just recommend that you arrive early because many places we wanted to visit close at 4:30 pm On Saturday we only saw the square of exaggerations, but it's not worth it. I highly recommend visiting Maeda Park. The mall is also close and well-stocked Thereza is an excellent host!
