Die 40qm große Ferienwohnung mit 10qm großem Balkon befindet sich in einem Wohnkomplex, der ca. 800m vom alpinen Weißensee und 10km von der Breitenbergbahn entfernt liegt. Die Umgebung ist damit perfekt zum Baden, Skifahren, Wandern und Radfahren. Im Keller befinden sich ein Pool und eine Sauna, die über einen Kellergang zu erreichen sind. Auf der Außenanlage gibt es einen Grillplatz, einen Tennisplatz, und eine Minigolfanlage. Wichtig: Im Nov haben Pool & Sauna i.d.R. wg. Wartung geschlossen.

Neues Bad mit bodenebener Dusche und viel Platz. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Nespresso Maschine etc. Ein Parkplatz gehört nicht zu der Wohnung dazu. Es gibt aber zwei Straßen weiter ein öffentliches Parkhaus (Burgstraße 20) für ca. 10 Euro pro Tag.

Wir vermieten an Naturliebhaber und Familiengemeinschaften unser wunderschönes “Waldhäusschen”. Auf dem idyllischen, großen Grundstück mit Waldpanorama kann man die Natur genießen. Die Wanderwege starten direkt vor der Haustür. Der Bach liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt. Daher ist ein romantisches, erholsames Rauschen und Plätschern im Garten zu hören. Die Sauna lädt euch zum Entspannen ein, aber auch für die Kleinen ist etwas geboten… u.a. ein Klettergerüst mit Rutsche & Schaukel & Trampolin ;)

Sägemühle Eschachthal Whg. Kreuzbach

Das Haus war ursprünglich eine Ölmühle, später eine Sägemühle bevor es die letzten Jahrzehnte im Dornröschenschlaf versank. Im Jahre 2018 erfolgte die Kernsanierung und Umfunktionierung zum Wohnhaus. Der Charakter der alten Säge konnte glücklicherweise insbesondere durch die aufgearbeiteten Sichtbalken erhalten werden. Das Haus liegt auf 900m Höhe, das Klima ist daher etwas rauher, im Sommer dennoch sehr sonnenreich. Besonders ist die Lage an der Eschach, die im Sommer zum Baden einlädt.
