Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

We rent our beautiful “forest house” to nature lovers and family communities. On the idyllic, large property with forest panorama you can enjoy nature. The hiking trails start right outside the front door. The stream is only a few meters away. Therefore, a romantic, relaxing rustling and rippling can be heard in the garden. The sauna invites you to relax, but there is also something for the little ones… including a climbing frame with slide & swing & trampoline ;)

For rent is the middle part of the house (as in the pictures) with a large kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, a separate toilet and four bedrooms over three floors. A bakery is steps away. Restaurants are within walking distance in the village. Memmingen city center is less than 4 kilometers away. Buxheim is an excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours. Various ski resorts can be reached within a short time by car.

The former farm offers about 120 m² of idyllic living space all to yourself. There are three cozy, simple bedrooms, an old farmhouse kitchen with wood stove and a quaint farmhouse parlor with a tile stove, which invites you to cozy hours. Lakeside house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.
