Vineyard Villa is a 2-bedroom, 1- bathroom cottage built in 1910. It is situated on a 2-acre property, and is separated from the main farmhouse by rows of grapevines. The cottage has recently undergone a complete renovation (including the addition of air conditioning) with attention paid to retaining some of the original charming features of the home. The backyard offers a patio with a propane barbeque, fire pit and seating. Our cottage is in close proximity to the many activities in Sonoma.

A freestanding cottage surrounded by farm animals. 3 excitable farm dogs, 3 goats, two pigs, a 100 pound tortoise, geese, ducks, chickens, roosters, rabbits , quails, parakeets, cats, you name it, it lives here... This is a stay to experience a taste of farm life. You will wake up early. Earplugs provided for city folks. No children under 12. @sonomachicks

Modern Family Farm

County of Sonoma Vacation Rental Permit number ZPE15-0201. Our place is centrally located to both the Napa and Sonoma valleys. We are walking distance to Endiku Winery, Ceja Winery, Homewood Winery, Lou's Lunchette, and Hanson's Vodka. We have a small organic farm off the beaten path. The unit is upstairs above the garage, and it is very private. We have some wonderful birdwatching opportunities. On our farm we see herons, egrets, quail, redtail hawks, owls, quail, and many small birds.

On the outside, it looks like a barn. However, on the inside it’s like a modern hotel suite. On a country lane just outside the town limits, The Barn is the perfect spot for a getaway. When it’s time to relax, you can lounge in the living room with the big screen, cozy up to a good book, or relax on the porch. FAWNS CREEK IN WINE COUNTRY is a tranquil & private hideaway. The modern farmhouse decor is intended to help you relax and unwind the moment you step inside. (No pets & No children please 😉) Songbirds will be your alarm clock in the morning. Hummingbirds, squirrels & deer will visit you all day. Owls, crickets & frogs will sing you a lullaby. As you step through the entrance and under the arch, you are transformed into another time and place. We have been told by guests they feel it reminds them of Italy, France, and Spain. The Hacienda is very private, behind the walls of the early California style home. The gardens are lush and filled with birds of all kinds. There are several vignettes to relax and watch nature. Nights are cool so there is no need for A/C if you leave window open at night.
