We had such a wonderful and relaxing time at Jason’s house. The views were amazing and the location is the best we’ve stayed in at Sea Ranch. The path to the bluff trail was right next to the house and just a short walk you get to amazing tide pools (my daughter and I woke up early to make it at low tide!) and really the best pacific coast views. Jason’s house was immaculate and we really appreciated how complete the kitchen was!! And the blue bottle and intelligentsia coffee beans were a great treat. The hot tub was also great to use after swimming in the rec center. Thank you Jason!!

Our family really enjoyed this home. We loved the location. The home itself was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Everyone in our group had a great time and we would love to return in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Deja Blu. The location is perfection! Private, with beautiful gardens, only a hop, skip and a jump from the ocean. Falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves at night was divine. The home was clean and comfortable, and Barr was a lovely, helpful host. If you are looking to unwind in serenity, I highly recommend this home.

This was our second stay at BayMod, and we're already excited to come back again. It's a stunning location, right on the bay, with kayaks and all the accessories you'd need (like lifejackets in many sizes). We saw seals, bat rays, and lots of other wildlife when we went out in the morning. We love going to Nick's Cove for lunch and outdoor games (you could even kayak there), to Route One Bakery for breakfast and coffee, and down to Point Reyes Station for shops, restaurants, and groceries. The house is impeccably organized (the most well-organized Airbnb I've ever seen) with helpful instructions and just everything you might think of. Example: lying on the couch looking out the window and feeling a bit cold? There is a bin of throw blankets within arm's reach. Trying to see what's on Hog Island right now? There are binoculars, plus a powerful monocular with a phone mount. This thoughtfulness extends to all aspects of the house. It's beautiful, clean, and cozy. Thank you Deb!

Casa Balena was a joy! Beautiful location (you can’t go wrong with Sea Ranch), good amenities (both at the house and the community), and so peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you might need, including dishes/cookware in the kitchen. My family (a group of six, including a young child, two teenagers, two parents, and a grandparent) was very comfortable; lots of room, plenty of games on hand, etc. A great stay!

My wife and I stayed here for our 5 year anniversary and I couldn't have found a better spot to get away to. It was such a cozy and peaceful location, and Aaron's home had everything we could ever need during our stay. The views were incredible, and the weather was fantastic. Aaron provided an extremely detailed guide to the area that helped us get a feel for where to go and what to do, and we hope to come back someday and stay again to experience more of the beauty of the surrounding area!

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Anu’s house in the Sea Ranch was perfect for our group. So easy to walk to the bluff trail, well equipped kitchen and gorgeous views of the stars from the hot tub and decks at night. We also really enjoyed the ocean view from the master bedroom and sitting in the sun on the front deck.

We enjoyed our time at The Bluffs last week. It's a wonderful, cozy and comfortable place to spend time unwinding. Great ocean views. We liked the convenience of taking the walking trail in front of the house which leads out to the bluff trail. The kitchen has everything you might need for cooking meals: pots, pans, utensils, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, etc. Quiet and peaceful area with deer and other wildlife. We recommend picking up a map of Sea Ranch area at the association office if you want to explore the beaches and trails more. John was very prompt with any questions we had about the house. This home is absolutely incredible-- breathtaking views, gorgeous decor, large kitchen with ample cookware, amazing deck, CLEAN, comfortable beds, fantastic location. Sea Ranch itself is a wonderful place for those seeking a quiet & peaceful area surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty. We had such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay at this beautiful Sea Ranch home. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the cleanliness and thoughtful attention to detail throughout. Every amenity we could possibly need was provided—it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved the quiet surroundings and the sweet-smelling coastal air. The cozy daybeds tucked into the corner windows quickly became our favorite reading nooks, and the bidet was an unexpected luxury we genuinely appreciated. This home was the perfect place for my husband and me to unwind and reconnect. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful spot! The drive on HWY 1 is a bit harrowing, winding and up against cliffs, but well worth it once you land at Sea Ranch! The home is stunning with awesome views of the ocean, and the hikes along the coast offer breathtaking views. Everything was even more beautiful than pictured, both inside and out! There isn’t anything walkable in terms of a town or restaurants, but the atmosphere is so peaceful yet invigorating. Shaheen and Eugene were extremely responsive (within an hour), and very helpful with our questions about the area and availability of supplies. We had traveled from the East Coast and had a 4 mo old baby with us, and none of us had been to Northern CA. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful space for 5 friends, a dog and a baby! Gorgeous ocean view, right next to trails, and close to town. Kitchen was well-equipped for cooking on nights in. Main bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the sofa bed easily accommodated a single person. Would definitely stay again!

Bola’s place felt like a boutique hotel with the amenities of home. It was thoughtfully furnished and had everything we needed and more for a relaxing and fun family trip (including toddler) to Sea Ranch. Her local recommendations were also plentiful and great. Highly recommended — one of our favorite Airbnb experiences.

Cheri was such a great host and the house is beautiful! I’m very happy we found this place to visit Timber Cove and would highly recommend. Cheri made sure to text us before with all the check in steps, and I’m so thankful bc I lost service and wouldn’t have been able to access the app. The house is very clean, beds are comfy, and the living area is relaxing with the gorgeous view of the water. I would rent again if we ended up back in the area!

Absolutely Stunning Stay! This stay was truly memorable. The views were unreal — panoramic ocean vistas and the most breathtaking sunsets right from the property. Every evening felt like a postcard moment. The space was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. What made the stay even better was the host — incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our visit. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We had 3 beautiful days at Mark’s place. We love Sea Ranch and go often, and it’s always amazing, but Mark’s place made the experience even more incredible. Huge kitchen with everything you need, a calm space, all the books… it was the best! We made beautiful memories with our family.

Denise is a fantastic host. Not only is the place gorgeous and accessible, but the amenities are top notch. She's very responsive and accommodating to any of our requests. We celebrated our one year anniversary here after having a great time last year and this could very well be an annual thing, it's very special to us. Hands down, must stay. The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

This property was an amazing introduction to Sea Ranch for me and my family. The interior design of this home was really impressive, and we appreciated that there is a Tesla charger (there aren't more than 1-2 public chargers in the entire Sea Ranch area) as well as a record player with a really great vinyl collection. The neighborhood this house sits in is also really peaceful. If we return to Sea Ranch, we'd definitely consider renting this property again!

Great place. Big, nice, clean, quiet, comfortable. All amenities you need. Kitchen is great. Good shower. Comfortable beds. Beautiful view. On the water. Super convenient if you have a kayak or canoe. Host was great. Super communicative, friendly, flexible. Small things: The garage entrance is small and dicey, esp with a big car. I couldn't find the volume buttons on the TV remote (maybe I'm just getting old). The jacuzzi doesn't feel super private. Wish it had a bathtub. All these are small things and don't really detract. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here again.

This place is paradise. The views are unreal, coast to coast green and sea, kite sailers and hangliders. You walk about 5 minutes to the beach you can see from much of the house. The home is incredibly spacious; we were two families each with two preschoolers and somehow there was enough distance within the house that one batch of kids could sleep while another batch napped. The fenced in yard kept the kids entertained when it was rainy and cold and none of the adults wanted to sit at the beach. Total dream stay!
