House vacation rentals in Sonoma

Linda’s home in Glen Ellen was perfect! We were minutes from some great wineries and walking distance into town (restaurants, grocery store, bar, etc). The house is so inviting, we spent time reading, relaxing, and enjoying the backyard. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This place was absolute perfection. The house is adorable, well decorated, comfortable, fabulous kitchen and comfortable beds. Plus coffee was there for us and a generous amount of cooking basics. We had 2 kids with us who loved roaming around the yard and the private location meant they could be as loud as they wanted while playing in the pool. The lounge chairs on the deck were perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon cocktails and nighttime tea before bed. There were a few cuddly blankets that were great for the chilly mornings. The neighboring cows were talkative and there were a few roosters nearby and some coyotes at night - it felt like we were really in the country but also so close to charming Healdsburg. We are already planning our return trip!

We cannot say enough about this place. The perfect wine-tasting weekend! Exceeded expectations all around. We will stay here again!

We had a fantastic time at Christina's place in Sonoma. It was our second time staying at this place, so we knew what to expect. There was a slight glitch getting in the front door, but Christina was immediately available by text and had us taken care of in no time. All in all we loved the house and Christina was a wonderful host.

This Airbnb was AMAZING!!! My friends and i absolutely loved staying here. The location was great for the wineries we went to which were sterling vineyard and Caymus. The only downfall was the pool rules and hours, also no microwave in the home. Either way i would definitely book this airbnb again!

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. Andrew’s house is spectacular. We had such a great time and there was so much space for everyone. The kids loved the pool and we watched the Warriors games in the pool house. The property landscaping was beautiful also. Andrew was a great communicator. I would highly recommend his place for a great getaway.

A fabulous stay in Sonoma/ Napa area for long weekend with family. Incredible home! Close to adorable shops and great restaurants and only 30 minutes from downtown Napa. Owner very communicative always makes any guest feel special. Would highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for our friends/family gathering! We spent a long weekend in Sonoma to do some wine tasting and gather for a birthday/Father’s Day celebration. The house is beyond beautiful and you can tell Nancy takes wonderful care of the interior and outside spaces. Beds were comfortable and the game room was such a blast! The kitchen is also fully stocked with everything you need to cook (we made several breakfasts and a lovely dinner and there was nothing we were left wanting in terms of utensils/dishware/etc). The house is nestled right into the hills and is just teeming with birds and other critters which made great morning coffee companions. Quiet and secluded. Nancy was a phenomenal host - she was quick to respond and made our stay incredibly relaxing. We felt so welcomed! We will definitely be back for another stay! Thank you again Nancy and Co 😊

This house had the perfect layout. It boasts an open concept living area, dining room, and kitchen, with the primary bedroom at one end and the other two at the other end. It was so clean that we didn't mind letting our infant crawl on the floors. Probably the best part was the beautiful backyard complete with a deck, hammock, and hot tub! The only downside was the walking distance to restaurants and shopping, as we were expecting the square to be closer.

My girlfriend (now fiance) and I loved this home. It was beautiful to wake up and look in the backyard and just see a vineyard everyday. Pretty much has anything and everything you could think about needing at a home! The grill and hot tub were great to use! We took this time to celebrate our anniversary while also getting engaged at a winery nearby. The drive to the town was short and there was a gas station just right before going in. The privacy of the location is great and really gave us that comfortable setting to where we could be ourselves.

What a beautiful home. The location is everything! We had the best anniversary getaway and hope to return. Listening to the ocean was so relaxing. The home was better than described and exceeded our expectations. The hot tub overlooking the ocean was amazing! Everything was clean and the home was welcoming. The home was even more beautiful in person and so peaceful! Kenwood was the perfect location to explore Sonoma wine country. There are multiple vineyards walking distance or <10 minute drive away. Some favorite walking distance things were VJB cellars for lunch and a tasting, salt and stone for dinner and pillow fight coffee for breakfast/coffee in the mornings. The master bedroom setup was perfect for our 9 month old since it has an attached nook with a closed door for her and they even provided a comfortable pack and play for her to sleep on. Backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub briefly but unfortunately mosquitos prevented us from hanging out there too much. Overall it was a 10/10 experience and we hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful surroundings, quiet, peaceful and private. The perfect spot for us for a long weekend. Veronika went above and beyond in responsiveness and accommodating our requests/needs. A terrific experience. Highly recommend.

What a beautiful place to stay! It was very convenient, especially getting to the wineries around Kenwood. It was just a quick drive away from Santa Rosa and maybe a 45-minute trip over to the Napa region. Amenities were well stocked, and we felt right at home. If you have some mobility challenges, the stairs up from the driveway can be a little tough. There are about three steps up that do not have a rail.

We had a great time here! It was in such a beautiful and quiet location which really helped us have such a relaxing time. Everything in the house was very clean, the beds were comfy, and our favorite feature was the goats! I would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Brenda!

Had a restful stay at this beautiful home, well equipped house on a peaceful vineyard. This place is somehow both close to good food and far enough away to relax. I enjoyed seeing balloons and birds.

Beautiful gilded era home, high ceilings, comfortable beds, lovely gardens, walkable to downtown, right off the highway but quiet. Jason was very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The house was absolutely beautiful and spotless — it’s clear that it has been exceptionally well cared for, with great attention to detail. Everything we needed was provided. The host was warm, kind, and very responsive to all our questions. This was truly a memorable trip, and we would love to come back again in the future. Ryan’s place was truly an oasis! Every aspect of this home was tailored to make you feel comfortable and welcomed from the best stocked kitchen I’ve ever encountered at an Airbnb to the complimentary bottle of wine on arrival . The views from the deck were breathtaking. Hot tub and pool were spotless and luxurious. Every day there was new wildlife to see from a turkey on the deck to three deer bedding down just feet from the hot tub. This has hands down been the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. We cancelled some tastings just to spend more time at this property.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The setting is incredibly quiet and serene—perfect for unwinding. The home was filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true retreat. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for my family to gather or enjoy quiet solo time. The outcove seating area quickly became a favorite spot—so cozy and tranquil. We really appreciated all the small details, from the bathroom amenities to the standing steamer. The yoga mats were a great bonus and definitely got some use during our stay. Their guidebook was extremely helpful—be sure to refer to it for great local tips! We especially enjoyed Sonoma’s Best, Girl & The Fig, and Gundlach Bundschu Winery.

Susan’s place was so conveniently close to everything happening in Sonoma. The home was clean and perfect set up for what we needed. If I am ever in Sonoma again I will definitely be staying at Susan’s. Thank you!
