The house is located at the end of a quiet residential street, close to bus, forest, lake, playground, ketch center, ball and basketball court. On the property is a lovely garden with sunny corners, terraces, lawn, orangery, fire pit, children's area with sandbox, playhouse and kitchen. Inside, there is a bright kitchen-living room, small bathroom, hallway and 3 bedrooms - 2 small and one slightly larger. The largest room has a double bed (picture coming), the smaller ones have beds of 120 cm and 140 cm respectively. In the living room is a futon mattress of 140 cm.

There is also a children's bath. In the living room there is a large kitchen, with floating sofa that can be cromecast to the TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes + a small toilet. In the basement there is a bedroom, 160 cm bed. As well as bathroom with washer + dryer. Enclosed and fenced yard with sandbox.
