There are several nice paths to the beach, which is about 100 meters away. The home contains an entrance hall, a living room with a good kitchen, dining area, wood-burning stove and a sofa group with room for games and coziness with a good book. There are 3 bedrooms, with a double bed in each room, as well as 2 rooms with bunk beds. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower.

Good bike paths right outside the door, which go all the way to Kolding.

The flat is located on a hill, in a green historical area, with a direct view to the sea and with only 100 meter to a beach, and where grocery shopping also is possible. The house contains a living room, kitchen, entrance hall, large bathroom and first floor with bedroom, toilet and room, with sofa bed. From the hallway, there is access to a lovely south-facing garden, with a barbecue and several dining areas. Free parking in the street, or just around the corner there is a large parking space with free parking around the clock. The house is not handicap friendly.
