Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 meters from the magnificent Son Saura beach. The apartment is very well kept, renovated, equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It has air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The complex has large garden areas and community pools. There is no nearby business or commercial activity likely to cause nighttime inconvenience. Tourist services are not provided in the apartment (room service, food and drink, etc ...) It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.
