Our property is a 90 sqm frontline beach chalet, “Las Gaviotas”, which is part of a small group of 4 similar chalets located directly on top of the wonderful almond-shaped beach of Arenal d’en Castell (800 m) and totally refurbished a couple of years ago. It features 2 double bedrooms in both cases with the bathrooms en suite, one of which leads onto the large sunny terrace. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with full en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is modern, fully-fitted and completely equipped and there is a spacious and tastely decorated lounge diner and sitting-room with a sofa bed for 2 people which enjoys direct access to the 22 sqm terrace equipped with garden furniture and sun beds and overlooking the beach and coastline. All 3 rooms have TV + DVD as well as air conditioning and heating. Direct pedestrian access to the beach just round the corner. The commercial area is just 50 m. walk away and you can find anything you require: banks, supermarkets, pubs, souvenir shops, etc. And you can practice lots of sports such as sailing, snorkeling, etc, as well as riding and golf in an area of 4 kms. You can park the car directly at your front door.
