Nice apartment located in the residential area of Son Parc, 200 meters from the magnificent Son Saura beach. The apartment is very well kept, renovated, equipped and very tastefully decorated. It has a pleasant terrace with sea views and sun loungers, a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom. It has air conditioning and wi-fi internet. The complex has large garden areas and community pools. There is no nearby business or commercial activity likely to cause nighttime inconvenience. Cozy little house in the quiet area of Son Parc. Surrounded by pine trees, it is an ideal place to enjoy your holidays by the sea. It is a few minutes walk from the crystalline Arenal de Son Saura beach, perfect to go with children. It has private parking, barbecue and terrace with sea views and community swimming pools and paddle tennis court. In the area there are little shops, supermarkets and restaurants, as well as the only golf course in Menorca. Just half an hour from Mahón airport, it is in a strategic position to discover the most beautiful corners of the island.

Our typical "casita menorquina" is situated 100m from Cala Blanca, a lovely crystal clear small beach with restaurants and bars. It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. Townhouse with tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the seafront and beach. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in April and October, as well as lifeguard services, kayak rentals, water scooters, and paddle surfing. About 12 km from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km from Maó and 30 km from Ciutadella. We hope you will be as comfortable and enjoy and care for it as much as we do.
