Relax in this spacious and serene space in a quiet upmarket neighbourhood with beautiful mountain and sea views in a villa with all the amenities that you could wish for. Fall asleep at night with the waterfall of the fishpond in the background and wake up in the morning with birdsong in the lush garden. 30 min from the Airport, 15 min from Strand and Stellenbosch respectively, makes this the perfect location close to golf courses (Erinvale, Stellenbosch, Strand), wine farms and the beach.

Big Villa with views, pool & Jacuzzi for up to 10

Big villa with big space for a big group or friends that want to stay together but can have their own space too. The property got 3 different levels that can be opened up to one big house or closed to three different apartments. All three levels got a kitchen and cooking facilities, there is a pool and a Jacuzzi and a sundeck, a garden and braai facilities. You got magnificient views compared with a modern style and comfort. The house got a PV system which makes it load shedding free.

Beautiful, architect-designed home in the serene, exclusive and safe neighbourhood of Upper Brandwacht, located in the hills above Stellenbosch, around 5 minutes’ drive from the centre of town. The house is nestled between vineyards, Stellenbosch Mountain and Helderberg Mountain, and is just a few minutes’ walk away from a beautiful forest and nature reserve. There is a wonderful sense of peace to this neighbourhood and the views are spectacular.
