Welcome to the holiday paradise Dingja, a beautiful village in beautiful nature, sea breeze, fine-grained sandy beach, and dominant mountains that frame Dingevatnet. This is the place for those seeking peace and quiet, swimming life, mountains and fishing trips. Down at the harbor in Dingja there is a kiosk with food, fuel, washing machine and boat rental. The cabin has two beds of 120 cm and two of 75 cm. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. No Internet or television. No smoking

The kitchen features light grey cabinetry with metallic hardware and a wooden countertop. A modern oven is built into the cabinetry. Natural light filters through a window adorned with sunflower decor, and a small rug lies on the wooden floor. The space is enhanced by subtle overhead lighting.

Cozy cabin by the sea

Dingja is small village at the inlet of the famous Sognefjorden. A perfect place for fishing, fjord adventures and hiking, but also for a relaxing time in the middle of beautiful Norwegian nature. The cabin was once a pig barn, now renovated to be a cozy cabin in the middle of the village close to the harbour, beach, water and great hiking possibilities. Åse runs the general store and the marina, where its possible to rent boats and a sauna. Parking outside - or ask us for transportation.

Here you can walk right out the door, and take a hike to Sæternesfjellet or "Mannen".

There will be linens (bedding covers) for 5 persons. You have to put them on yourself. There will also be towels for you, so you do not have to bring any of that. In the basement you will find garbage bags that you take to the next village and drop it in the container in the neighboring village that says "FOR HYTTER" (For cottages).
