We enjoyed the 2 days at Åse Lene very much. The view was really fantastic. We had a very warm conversation with her and she even baked cinnamon rolls especially for us. I was able to fish in peace from the jetty on site and there is also the possibility to rent a boat. We'd come back any time.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all, wind down and recover from the craziness of every day life! We enjoyed sitting in the living room or at the dining table or standing in the kitchen and watching the sea: dolphins came by, gulls, sea eagles, the Hurtigruten. Out the window we could see waves, waterfalls, mountains, islands. The house is cosy and simple but beautifully decorated with a lot of love and attention - very personal and well equipped. Trond and his parents were very helpful, told us about events, where to go, took us shopping in the boat and fishing. We highly recommend this beautiful house to anyone who is wanting to escape! It's helpful if you can handle boats - then you get around a bit more.

Beautiful holidays in a well-kept, very clean cottage in amazing scenery. We were received in a very friendly manner and instructed in detail. The house is very well equipped, especially the kitchen does not miss anything. The house includes a large boathouse where we were able to prepare and store our fishing equipment. The boat is reliable, the motor is sufficiently powerful to take us to the fishing points outside the fjord.

Old sea arch in beautiful surroundings

Take the trip to Dingja and stay in a lake house from the 1800s. Dingja is a small village at the outlet of Sognefjorden. The lake arch is cozy and functional, and is located in the marina with terrace beyond the sea. Here there are fishing opportunities in the sea, fresh water and river Lots of nice hiking trails in mountains to each other and lookout points. Hike to ancient settlements and cemetery from Viking teams at historical Dingeneset. Nearest neighbor is Dingja storkiosk. From the sea room there is a 3 min walk to child-friendly sandy beach.

Historically, the house has worked both as a school and a community center. With its central location on the main road it is easily accessible and parking can be found on the property.
