A small shopping center with a Netto and Meydan market is a 3-minute walk away. An Ari bakery, 6 minutes away, is also open on Sundays. Aldi and Lidl are within walking distance in 8 minutes.

You are welcome to use the area at any time. However, there is no entitlement to exclusive use. Your grill is upstairs on your balcony.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. The new wooden house on our farm offers the opportunity for a relaxed stay. A double bed as a loft bed and a sofa bed are available for the night. In the kitchenette there is a fridge and a stove, The veranda leads to the bathroom. In summer, shared use of the directly adjacent pool is possible; a large fireplace invites you to the campfire. Breakfast and/ or other meals can also be booked on request.

Vacation apartment on the farm

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of our farmhouse from 1935 and consists of 2 bedrooms with three beds (2x single bed, 1x king size), a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, kitchen and daylight bathroom with bathtub. Since it is an apartment in the countryside, there are of course also some flies and mosquitoes. A bottle of mosquito spray is therefore not a bad companion.

We completely renovated and furnished the "Schwalbennest" vacation apartment in 2020. Modern amenities meet stylish furnishings in modern country style on 53 m². The apartment has a separate double bedroom and a large living and dining room with fully equipped kitchenette. There is room for 2 adults and a baby/toddler. Another person could sleep on the sofa bed in the living room.
