We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our newly renovated tiny house for 2 - 4 people awaits you, nestled under the magnificent linden tree in our garden at the edge of the forest of Ziegenhagen. It is only 5 km from the A7 and yet "at the end of the world" and offers many excursion destinations in Frau-Holle-Land with its castles and palaces. The beautiful half-timbered towns of Witzenhausen and Hann. Münden are only 10 km away. Likewise, our little ones (and big ones) can expect an enchanting old-fashioned/modern original amusement park.

Lovely apartment in a half-timbered house

Modernized and cozy 75-square-meter (809-square-foot) apartment in a well-maintained 18th-century half-timbered house. A large, like-new kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower are available. There is a new sofa bed with an ottoman in the living room. For possibly a 3rd person. The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. In addition, there is a terrace with new seating furniture and an awning.

Timber framed house in Silberborn, right next to the starting point for many hikes in the Solling forest. Set back from the main road with a garden facing the fields. The house has a 22KW charging station for electric vehicles (seperately charged). The house is equiped with 2 bedrooms, 1 master bedroom and 1 bedroom with 3 beds, 1 specifically for a child the other two will fit an adult. A baby bed is available free of charge. bring your own, toilet paper, cooking oil and burning wood!

Where the fox and rabbit say "good night," our 3 small wooden huts are located on the Weserradweg between the center of Wahmbeck and the town of Bad Karlshafen. Our cabins are intended for people looking for a special place to stay for a short time. Each cottage for 2 people is 3 × 3 meters and very lovingly and comfortably furnished. On our listed 300 year old farm we offer: two separate apartments for each 4 persons, with kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom with two floors each and about 50 square meters each. We are situated in the Südeichsfeld, a plush hilly low mountain landscape. Nature and surroundings invite you to hike or cycle. Draisine riding, visiting castles, climbing forest, a visit to the bear park Worbis or excursions to nearby half-timbered cities are popular excursion destinations.

*Glamping* on a country estate (yurt)

At the foot of the Wiehen Hills, under trees, directly on a small stream is the 800 m², completely fenced property. You use this property all to yourselves. The glamping tent is decorated with warm colors, a large bed, lots of cuddly pillows, blankets, bedside tables, lamps and a nice sitting area. In front of the tent is a small campfire place. Under the large weeping willow you will find a romantic sitting area with a grill.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
