The bedroom now has a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm / 5' 11" x 6' 6¾") and a children's travel cot can also be set up if needed. Haus Regina is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, etc. The daylight bathroom has a shower/bathtub. A hair dryer, towels and various care products are provided.

Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

You will stay in a cozy, very bright basement apartment in a wooden house built according to building biology guidelines. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Welcome to our apartment "Sicasa" in Schulenberg in the wonderful Harz Mountains. We renovated the apartment in 2024 after more than a year with a lot of love for detail. On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.
