Family guest room with a new private bathroom

My place is perfect for a family with kids since it has a spacious room with a table/mini-kitchen and a private bathroom built in 2022 December. You will have a private access to the lower floor and balcony just outside of the room. A free parking for a regular passenger car is also available. We are a family with two lovely kids and one dog. We go to your floor only for a laundry but it will be very rare. In case that we need to go for laundray or other reasons, we will notify you in advance.

Close to shopping center, parks, and 15-minutes walking distance from the sea. The flat is composed by a living room with a sofa bed and access to a terrace, a sleeping area with double bed, a children's bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and washing machine.
