A small gem in a quiet and cozy residential area in Sollentuna. Only 7 minutes from the commuter train - to Stockholm (16 minutes), Mall of Scandinavia (8 minutes). Also close to Kista - 4 km. Built in 2022 and is a pleasant place for a short or long stay. Sollentuna center (7-minute walk) is a medium-sized shopping center, has several restaurants and system companies. Nearest grocery store 300 meters, even more 1 - 1.5 km. Two nice swimming areas are 4 km and 6.5 km (car) away.

This accommodation is newly renovated, located on the ground floor in our house, with access from our garden. The apartment is suitable for three adults or two adults and two kids. The local commuter trains station is a 5-10 min walk away. Very close to playgrounds, grocery, shopping, restaurants, gym and nature reserves.
