NIKA Loft is a stylishly furnished 70 sqm attic apartment in downtown Rosenheim. During the core renovation 5 years ago, practically everything was renewed, except for the old roof construction, which gives the apartment a lot of charm and warmth. The advantages of the apartment are the quiet location with simultaneous proximity to the center and train station (10 minutes' walk), the spacious living space, 1 private parking space + public parking spaces in front of the door and the proximity to nature with the state horticultural show grounds.

The farm is situated in a quiet, secluded location. On the farm there are only two apartments and also a few Icelandic horses and sheep have their home here. Here you can relax and enjoy your vacation, whether in winter with the countless winter sports possibilities or in summer with numerous hiking possibilities and swimming lakes. The Ski World can be reached in 2 minutes by car, or you can walk 400 meters on foot and start your ski day directly on the slope.

Centrally located accommodation just 5 minutes from the center. Nevertheless, the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. The studio apartment is located in the basement, but has a large light shaft. Equipped with separate bathroom with shower/toilet, small kitchen with oven, coffee maker and fridge. In addition, cozy double bed, perfect for 2 adults. The large light shaft has terrace furniture. Unfortunately no view but directly at the ski bus stop.

The St. Johann ski resort, Kitzbühel is within easy reach. Through the separate entrance you are completely independent. Parking and Wi-Fi are also available. We had a wonderful week in the Thaler family's Feldkasten. You just have your absolute peace and privacy. We were able to park our car right in front of the property. The terrace invites you to linger. The Feldkasten is also super nicely decorated and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. We will be happy to come back. :)

The cottage is a dream to be in. The amenities are very high quality and nothing was missing. Lukas was very quick to reach with questions. The location is absolutely perfect if you are looking for some seclusion and an environment for outdoor activities. Hiking, cycling, swimming in good weather, everything is practically at your doorstep. We will be happy to come back.

A beautiful, extremely functional house with extremely tasteful decor. Also, everything you might need is there (esp. winter things, but also bicycles). Three terraces and retreats for everyone and the location is one of the most beautiful in this area (Prama is right in front of the Wilder Kaiser and you can walk there). The hostess is also very kind, any problems are solved immediately.

A modern kitchen area features sleek white cabinetry and warm wooden accents. An oven, stovetop, and sink are integrated into the design, complemented by a decorative backsplash. Steps lead to the adjoining living space, enhancing the open layout. Subtle lighting adds to the overall ambiance.

This is the best AirBnB we have stayed during our long holiday in Europe. Great location, excellent apartment with well equipped kitchen. Carola and Alina are wonderful hosts who are very helpful with our trip planning etc. I’d definitely come back!
