Ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Susie und Tomislav – äußerst herzliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Apartment war genau wie auf den Fotos: sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders der große Balkon mit Whirlpool war ein Highlight! Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank!

Ubytování bylo naprosto dokonalé, čisté a svěží. Velice pohodlná postel, luxusní koupelna a sprchový kout a nádherná kuchyně, která navíc obsahovala i základní suroviny (olej, sůl, pepř ale i čaj a kávu) což bylo velmi nápomocné. Voda z kohoutku byla pitná. Výhled z apartmánu na přístav byl nádherný a bylo možné si jej užít na prostorné terase. Pláž byla vzdálená opravdu jen pár kroků a na přelomu května a dubna byla zcela prázdná. Nejde nezmínit hostitelku Melanii, která je duší apartmánového domu a udělá vše pro to, aby jste si mohli odpočinout. Moc děkujeme!

Najlepsze Nasze doświadczenie na airbnb. Powiedzieć, że Tomislav to dobry gospodarz to jak nic nie powiedzieć! Tomislav zawsze służy pomocą, wychodzi na przeciw wszystkim oczekiwaniom gości a nawet je przekracza. Przyjechaliśmy do apartamentu bardzo późno z małym dzieckiem, Tomislav sam zaproponował Nam transport z lotniska a nawet ku Naszemu zaskoczeniu "zapełnił" lodówkę w apartamencie. Zawsze był blisko gdy tego potrzebowaliśmy, pomógł mężowi wynająć auto, poczęstował rakiją, domową oliwą, udzielał wskazówek, wydłużył czas wymeldowania a przede wszystkim poświęcał swój prywatny czas by Nasz pobyt był jeszcze lepszy. Sam apartament znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy z widokiem na morze. Wszystko jest nowe, zadbane i nieskazitelnie czyste. Dodatkowym atutem jest wspaniały taras ze stołem śniadaniowym, wypoczynkiem a nawet leżakami. Warto dodać, że na parterze budynku można skorzystać bezpłatnie z pralki, co w wypadku rodzin z dziećmi jest naprawdę dużym udogodnieniem. Na pewno wrócimy

This is a very clean and comfortable apartment with perfectly equipped kitchen, sea view. The beach is very relaxing. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a quiet holiday. The owners live in the building, they are always available, helpful and nice.

Vielen lieben Dank für die nette Kommunikation und das Vermieten dieser schönen Wohnung! Sehr praktisch-alles kann über die Terrasse hinein- und hinausgetragen werden. Alles vorhanden, schneller Induktionsherd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Staubsauger, Insektengitter 🙂👍

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt aber definitiv ein Auto. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber. Die Küche war auch super ausgestattet. Das Bett super bequem und hat toll geduftet. Der Pool hat eine entspannte Größe und war auch top sauber. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder 🥰

We hebben van ieder moment op het eiland genoten en dat kwam absoluut door Tatiana’s fantastische huis. Aan alles is gedacht, we voelden ons er enorm thuis. Echt fijn! Het was een bijzondere ervaring om te verblijven op een nagenoeg onbewoond eiland midden in de natuur. Dankzij Josip van Boatum Zadar hoefden we het eiland niet meer af. Een heerlijke vakantie om te onthaasten en te ontspannen!

Wir hatten mit unserem Hund eine tolle Zeit in der traumhaften Unterkunft von Vladimir. Die Einrichtung de Hauses ist stilvoll und gemütlich, der eigene Garten mit Pool gepflegt und einfach nur schön - so wie auch schon auf den Fotos sichtbar. Freundlich begrüßt wurden wir von Vladimirs Vater, aber auch mit Vladimir selbst standen wir stets in Kontakt. Wir haben hilfreiche und ausführliche Tipps für unsere Zeit dort (Ausflugsziele, Restauranttipps usw.) erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke! Selbst im Herbst ist diese Unterkunft und dieser Teil Kroatiens einen Besuch wert.

We were absolutely delighted with Ljubica she was very friendly, best host we arrived very late due to our flight being delayed we arrived at 2.30am and Ljubica was so kind even wanting to help us with our luggage and asked if we were hungry offered to make us something to eat , we have been to many airbnbs this one was our by far our favourite. The waterfall veiw from our verandah with the soothing sounds of water and wildlife was spectacular we enjoyed every minute of our stay amd highly recommend this wonderful home away from home it was comfortable and had everything we needed to have a amazing holiday we both are comming back and staying longer . Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Pool und vollständig ausgestatteter Küche. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die jedesmal schnell auf Fragen oder Anmerkungen geantwortet haben. Kleine oder auch etwas größere Supermärkte sind maximal 5 Minuten entfernt. Ebenso befinden sich auch Restaurants nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Umgebung stets ruhig und man kann den Urlaub problemlos genießen. All in all gibt es nichts zu meckern und ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

Check-in was smooth and welcoming. At check-in, Zeljka who was very friendly, explained everything about the house in detail, and given tons of helpful tips about the Plitvice Lakes National Park, nearby supermarkets, and more. The location is great—just about 10 minutes from Entrance 1 of Plitvice Lakes. The house itself felt spacious (especially with the huge bedroom), clean, and very comfortable for two people. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. But the real gem is the garden—absolutely stunning! There’s a large swing nestled between two big trees that we loved, and the wood-burning hot tub was such a relaxing treat after a day of hiking. One thing to be aware of: the house is not a fully freestanding unit. It’s part of a building that essentially consists of two adjoining houses. Since the structure is largely made of wood (which gives it a lovely, cozy feel), sound does travel quite a bit, and you may hear your neighbors during your stay.

Super schönes und grünes Grundstück. außerhalb leider viel Bauschutt und die Hunde der Nachbarn bellen sehr oft und auch schon frühs um 5 Uhr. Die Unterkunft war super. Gute Kommunikation, sehr gut ausgestattet und Ana war sehr hilfsbereit. Im Mai ist das Wetter abends noch sehr kalt, daher haben wir richtige Decken vermisst, mit der Heizung konnte man aber das Zimmer aufheizen. Die UV Strahlung ist trotz Wind schon sehr stark. kurzer Weg zum Flughafen ca 20 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist beheizt was bei unserem Wetter ideal war. Die Müllabfuhr kommt alle 3-4 Tage. Zu Beginn waren auch schon Brot, Aufschnitt, Wasser, Cola und Milch im Kühlschrank. Darüber haben wir uns nach dem Flug sehr gefreut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Premetto che siamo due architetti... e che inizialmente pensavamo che le foto della casa fossero dei RENDER... Ma Sanel ci aveva assicurato che la casa era realmente così.... Beh.... devo dire che Sanel si sbagliava....la casa è Molto più bella delle Foto.... È una casa Fantastica.... Curata in ogni suo aspetto...Arredata con gusto e Funzionale in ogni suo Aspetto. Piscina che vi farà venire voglia di stare lì tutto il giorno. Zona relax per bambini con calcetto, biliardo, freccette....Io devo dirvi che se volete essere in pieno relax e sognare una vita da Attore Hollywoodiano dovete venire a provare questa casa. Bagni per ogni stanza ...Letti King size magnifici.... E visto che per lavoro viaggio molto, devo dirvi che ho trovato Magnifici anche i cuscini. E per la cucina? beh talmente bella che vostra moglie sembrerà uno chef.... per la sua felicità nel cucinarvi. Se volete stare bene questo è la casa da sogno a Vir... Credetemi le parole non bastano per esprimere la sua BELLEZZA.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sofort wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Pavle hat immer sofort reagiert, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Diese Insel ist sehr schön, viele Strände, alle sehr leer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Wir haben 14 angenehme Tage im September bei Mate in der großen, modernen Wohnung verbracht. Alles sehr sauber und sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aussicht vom Balkon sehr schön. Es war sehr entspannt. Mate hat sich um alles gekümmert und war immer erreichbar. Perfekte Lage. Schön ruhig, nur 5 Gehminuten zu 2 unterschiedlichen Stränden. Auch nur 20 Minuten um zu Fuß in die Alt-Stadt von RAB zu gehen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön! Es wurde uns alles genau erklärt und es war sehr gut ausgestattet (Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage). WLAN war in Ordnung, zwischenzeitlich vlt etwas schwach und für Menschen die auf weicheren Matratzen schlafen, mag das Bett evtl etwas hart sein. Super schöne Wohnung und der Ausblick und der Zugang zum Wasser sind ein Highlight :)

Ich war das erste Mal in Kroatien von der Wohnung aus hat man den Strand in 3 min Fußweg erreicht. Die Wohnung ist ein Traum besonders die Terrasse. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder🥰 danke für alles

Siamo stati una settimana in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'alloggio dà sul lungo mare, la spiaggia libera è a due passi ma ci sono anche diversi bagni con sdraio e ombrelloni. Noi ci siamo stati a settembre e c'era sempre posto per parcheggiare gratis lungo la strada proprio davanti all'ingresso. L'appartamento era abbastanza spazioso e molto pulito. La cucina è fornita di tutto e ci è stato fornito anche il detersivo per utilizzare la lavatrice. Come benvenuto abbiamo anche trovato una bottiglia di vino bianco della zona, molto gradita. L'appartamento è a due passi dal centro con un sacco di locali dove mangiare e a 5 minuti in auto da un grande supermercato, comodissimo! Un grosso plus è il bar pasticceria proprio sotto casa, abbiamo fatto colazione sempre lì, anche con un piccolo sconto grazie a Milo! Milo è stato presente ma invadente e super disponibile! Insomma perfetto. Se torneremo in zona lo ricontatteremo di sicuro!

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.

The apartment was very spacious with fully equipped kitchen and two balconies. Everything was clean, great location. We didn’t quite like the beach which was nearest the accomodation (main road nearby, lots of sea weed), so we drove to another with car. Definitely reccomend Filip and Darja 😊
