The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

You will be 2 steps from the entrance to the magnificent Parc de la Tête d'Or, easy access, the accommodation is a 23-min walk from Part-Dieu train station, and 13 min by bus!

Modern 63 m² 2-bedroom apartment in a recent building (2016), ideally located 150 m from the Mermoz metro (line D, 15 min from Bellecour) and Tram T6 directly connecting Confluence. Features 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other with 2 adjustable single beds and a desk. Kitchen opens to living room, large terrace and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity: Galeries Lafayette, Intermarché, Vie Claire. Parc de Parilly, 300 m away, is perfect for relaxing or playing sports.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. Our 1930s house, in a small private cul-de-sac, is next to Place du Point du Jour, its local shops and public transportation. Allow 15 minutes by bus to reach the heart of Lyon. The duplex, dedicated to guests in our home, has independent access. It offers 2 spacious, bright bedrooms with 2 160 beds; a large bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet; a lounge-library with TV and a fully equipped kitchen.
