Welcome to Elegance! This 26 m2 Studio, completely renovated, is located on the 1st floor without elevator access, in the heart of Lyon Part-Dieu. Very quiet thanks to 2 double glazings. Very well equipped like a 4* hotel room: 160 x 200 cm bed, 50" Samsung "The Frame" TV, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video included, fiber wifi, reversible air conditioning, equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, large bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer and magnifying mirror! Very good stay at your place!

The apartment (45m²+ private patio) is located on the banks of the Saône, a 5-minute walk from the historic old Lyon district. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), hillside of an old building on the bank of the Saône river, the building corridor is a little rustic (17th century). The apartment has been fully redesigned, keeping its authenticity. I made it my refuge, away from the hustle and bustle of Lyon. However, this place is not to everyone’s taste 😊. I describe later the pros & cons.

Modern 63 m² 2-bedroom apartment in a recent building (2016), ideally located 150 m from the Mermoz metro (line D, 15 min from Bellecour) and Tram T6 directly connecting Confluence. Features 2 bedrooms: one with a king size bed, the other with 2 adjustable single beds and a desk. Kitchen opens to living room, large terrace and separate toilet. In the immediate vicinity: Galeries Lafayette, Intermarché, Vie Claire. Parc de Parilly, 300 m away, is perfect for relaxing or playing sports.

Quietly in the garden of our family home, we have renovated an annex building into two pretty and very bright studios. You will find all the comforts: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi... On sunny days, enjoy an outdoor area. A 10-minute walk to the center of Tassin (shops, post office...) you will be in a residential area of old houses from the beginning of the 20th century surrounded by large gardens. Parking possible in front of the house. Breakfasts possible for professionals.
