Enjoy peace and space in a stylish converted garage in Bosch en Duin

Welcome to Bosch en Duin in our former garage/barn, which was converted into a very luxurious and stylish home on September 1, 2016. Ideal for 2 people, but also suitable for a family with 2 children or 4 friends. The home is fully insulated and heated by underfloor heating and wood burning stove. Through a window as large as the garage doors and on the other side windows up to the ridge and 3 large skylights, it is a delightful bright space with stunning views of garden and forest totaling 2800m. The Garage consists of one large room with a wooden unit in the middle. On one side of the unit there is a beautiful, complete kitchen with 4 burners/combi oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer integrated in a hard stone countertop. On the other side is a small but tasteful shower (thermostat tap), toilet and sink with automatic tap and illuminated anti-condensation mirror. The unit offers spacious cupboards and drawers and a staircase upstairs. The unit has a double bed of 1.60 x 2.00m with a lovely sheep wool duvet of 2.00 x 2.00 m. For lodgers who are afraid of heights, there is a spacious and comfortable sofa in the sitting room that turns into a double bed of 1.40 x 2.00 m in one motion. Next to this spacious corner sofa there is another comfy chair to slide comfortably close to the stove. In the dining area there is a spacious wooden table with 4 chairs. The drawings and ceramics images by our son, outsider artist Hannes, give the space a very personal and cheerful appearance. The home has its own private, private and wonderfully sheltered terrace with comfortable garden chairs with pillows. In the forest there is a bench to enjoy nature in peace or to read a book. Finally, there is a hammock for a delicious afternoon nap. The house has WiFi, with which you can watch the available iPad TV via our Ziggo connection, also radio. So there is no flat screen TV. We have a dog of our own, but we don't want a dog in De Garage. Guests can use the entire house, but also the terrace, the forest and the driveway to park their car. We will be there when guests arrive and depart. We tell the guests about our house, the equipment and the area. The house is non-smoking. We do not provide breakfast or other meals. Combine nature and culture in "De Garage," on the estate Ter Wege in Bosch en Duin, surrounded by the woods of the Utrecht Heuvelrug and a short distance from Utrecht and Amersfoort with their many museums, restaurants and other entertainment options. Guests can use our bikes. A bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away. Own transportation is of course always easier and faster. Guests can always reach us by phone for questions.

Guesthouse on private tennis court, near nature reserve.

We have a detached guesthouse in the back of our property, 50 meters behind our house and our private tennis court. Perfect location for visiting Utrecht and Amsterdam (10 and 40 minutes by train, and station is within walking distance). Also ideal for cycling and hiking tours because we are at the National Park “Utrechtse Heuvelrug”. The rental is incl. max. 2 hours (per day) use of our tennis court. Please indicate in advance if you want to play tennis. Bicycles can be safely stored here.

The apartment is located in one of the most beautiful spots in Soest near the Eem river. Beautiful garden house close to nature, Utrecht and A'dam

Garden house in quiet surroundings - with wonderful beds. It's called "Pura Vida" because we want to offer guests the good life. We offer a pleasant atmosphere, A DELICIOUS BREAKFAST on weekends, and space to unwind. There is a lot of nature at a short distance, and by train e.g. Utrecht and Amsterdam can be reached quickly. The villa exceeded our expectations. The property exudes a nice ambiance and you feel right at home. Everything was prepared so that you could immediately enjoy the holiday to the fullest. Jop is a friendly generous host who goes out of her way to make your stay as cozy as possible. If you have any questions, someone will be available immediately. This vacation was unforgettable. We stayed with Esther and Bart for an extended weekend and were absolutely thrilled! Upon arrival, we felt super comfortable right away – the apartment is cozy, very clean and furnished with a lot of love for detail. The location was fantastic – very quiet and in a beautiful residential area, perfect for switching off and feeling good. At the same time, everything is easily accessible, which made the stay particularly pleasant. Check-in and checkout were super flexible and totally uncomplicated. Communication with the two was also consistently pleasant and very warm and straightforward. The hospitality was really great. We felt welcome from the beginning, and overall it was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had. We'd love to come back and highly recommend Esther and Bart's place.
