The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. The Längenfeld thermal baths can also be reached by bus within 5 minutes. The well-equipped living/dining/kitchen area invites you to cook and linger together. Our house "Juwel" and is located in the district Außerwald, above the centre of Sölden, just next to the ski slopes. The apartments provide modern tyrolian furniture, fantastic view over the mountains, fre wifi and sauna. Relax in the comfortable living room with sofa area, large TV and cosy dining place. Nearby you will find several restaurants and the "Zentrum Shuttle" (cablecar) will take you to the center in a few minutes.

A wonderful house in a beautiful spot. Amazing views and walkable distance from anything you need. The house is lovely! Felt like a home away from home. The hairs were very friendly and responsive. We are already thinking about going back in the future as it was perfect for our group of 7+ dog. Everything feels pretty new and clean and has all the amenities you need. Loved the sauna and balcony space with views. Would recommend to others for sure. We’ll be back one day!

The apartment is bright, spacious and fresh. Everything needed is present and more. A surprise was the crafts for the children, which our children gratefully used. We were present in spring. The location of the apartment is perfect, as experienced athletes, the climbing, running and sports opportunities are within easy reach. There are also many playgrounds for the children nearby. Even within walking distance of the apartment is a nice playground where our children enjoyed themselves at a great time. The kitchen is full of conveniences, clean and easy to use. In short, we had a very nice stay and would love to come back.

Had a very nice week together with my friends in the apartment. It is a beautiful, clean and new house. Close to the village street, ski lifts and supermarket. We enjoyed it. In addition, we had very pleasant contact and the host was quick to respond to my questions.
