Cozy cottage close to the sea in Finnharsfjärden 35 minutes from Gävle. The main building of about 50 sqm2 has a bedroom with four beds as well as shower and toilet. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher that is newly renovated in 2020. Living room with wood stove. Fiber retracted. Large plot with nice grassy areas and only a stone's throw to the sea. On the property, there is also a guest house with two beds in a sofa bed and a bunk bed with a wider lower bed, the house is newly renovated. Now our guest house with sauna is ready for those of you who want to rent a cozy cottage with 6 beds, wonderful view of the lake and Järvsös ski slopes. Bathing jetty with free access to rowboat May-Sept. Bicycle and hiking trails around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you go to the slope in 10 minutes or take the car on 3 (electric car charging is available). The lake is tracked under the correct weather conditions, so if you want to go long, it is possible. The house has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 1 bathroom and fireplace and is our little paradise!

Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are taken by the guest or can be rented for 150 SEK/set. TV and Wi-Fi are available.
