Welcome to our nice, non-smoking and hypoallergenic guest houses in central Sunne. The house is built in 2021 and is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Fresh missing linens and towels are included during the stay. Also coffee, tea, shampoo, soap and laundry detergent as well as cleaning products. The cottage has a wooden deck facing south with dining furniture and barbecue. Grass spots for the kids to play on. Here you are close to Sunne summerland, shops, food restaurants and most tourist attractions in the municipality.

In scenic and culturally rich Östra Ämtervik lies this unique and beautiful Värmland farm dating back to the 1800s. Here you get to experience a countryside setting overlooking expansive meadows and fields. Along the gravel road down to lake Fryken, there are swimming facilities. In the beautiful forest there are mushrooms and berries in autumn. The farm is an 8 minute drive to Sunne, where you will find a wide selection of cafes, restaurants, shops and shopping. On the winter holidays, you can go in length. The nearest slalom slope is the hovfjället (55min)

For those who want to stay completely unique in their own house in a cultural area, with horses, cats and access to our own jetty. You have your own outside space with barbecue and cozy playground for children. You love the proximity to adorable beautiful nature and trails. You appreciate having access to your own dock and being able to take a dip in the lake. You also want to see culture. We will be happy to show the farm that has been restored according to old methods. It is close to golf course and picturesque town of Arvika with art museum and cafes.

Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. Stay in a cozy tent tent surrounded by forests and Lake Fryken. Inside, there is a double bed, seating area and coffee for quiet mornings. Outside the tent, there is a wood stove where you can cook under the open sky as well as a simple dining area. You also have your own access to a log cabin that is right next to the hotplates, refrigerator and dining area. An outdoor toilet is a short walk into the forest. Parking is about 150 meters from the place with a hill down. Only 15 minutes from Sunne city center is this strawberry place.

Welcome in our newly renovated cosy cottage with view over lake Fryken near Sunne. The cottage is situated on our premises but has its own outside area with picnic table and BBQ. There are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size double bed is situated on the first floor, the other 2 bedrooms (1 single bedroom and 1 with a bunkbed) are situated on the ground floor here you can also find the bathroom. We spent the Easter break at Josefin's lake house and it was breathtaking. The house and the surroundings are even more beautiful than the pictures; the place is magical. Josefin was very easy to communicate and very responsive. She gave us a lot of local recommendations which all turned out to be very good. She also left a welcome basket for us which was very nice of her. The weather didnt cooperate with us mostvof our stay but we still had a great time looking at the beautiful view from the inside. We will definitely be back here again during summer.

When you are looking for a nice Stuga that is secluded but still has a supermarket within 10 km, this is a very good option. Nature is beautiful and rugged, so good hiking shoes are important. Also, a day in Karlstad is fine to do.

cozy cottage by an incredibly cozy place. charming and quiet. there was what you needed in the cabin, the easy thing for a weekend. likes that there were very different seats outdoors scattered from each other and also close to the cabin. the sunset was very nice across the field.
