Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

A lovely place to stay and very peaceful surroundings. The island of Tranholmen was lovely and Anna & Donna’s place had everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Sweden!

The place was gorgeous. The contact with Henrik is always quick and informative. All relevant information is provided when you make the reservation. If you want to take a city trip to Stockholm and live quietly, we highly recommend the accommodation. We loved being guests :-)

This is our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back for a third. The location is beautiful, peaceful, and everything anyone would need. But add in the Jörgen is an amazing host! Responsive to any questions and friendly! The check in and check out process is the easiest we have ever had and we can’t wait to come back again! The home was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The area was quiet and easily accessible, which contributed to a pleasant overall experience. Tomas’s apartment was great - the location is fantastic, right by the metro and walking distance to loads of great places. Tomas is a brilliant host and went out of his way to accommodate us, providing a cot for our baby and loads of toys for our toddler (which he absolutely loved)! Tomas also sent us an amazing list of recommendations and we followed a lot of them and enjoyed everything. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed, we would happily stay again. We stayed at Christian and Jaquemine's place for 30 days, and it was our first Airbnb experience. The flat is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The nearby areas are perfect for hiking, with beautiful lakes, islets, beaches, and green forests with deer and other wildlife. Although the location seems far from the city on the map, frequent buses to Slussen take just 30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city centre whenever we wanted. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection and workspace were excellent. The flat has everything one might need, and we never had issues wanting specific items, making it ideal for longer stays. I slept in both sleeping areas, and both were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and kind. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered to store my luggage even after check-out. They provided many thoughtful offers, showing how helpful and caring they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

I stayed here for several weeks, loved everything about the place. The bus stops right in front of the building, and makes travel to and from the downtown core very convenient and quick. The neighbourhood is incredibly safe no matter what time of day (or night), the apartment is quiet and, though small, has a lovely spacious feel. The view is fantastic! The kitchen is very well equipped with modern and highend appliances. I really appreciated the excellent water pressure in the rain shower. The walking path between the street and the water was lovely, even during the winter when I visited. I even found the bed to be extremely comfortable, and that is saying a lot since I sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and have a bad back. Benjamin was a great host. I would definitely return, and think this is a jewel of a place to stay!

A real little haven of peace! The accommodation is modern, well arranged and perfectly located by the sea with stunning views. We loved the quiet of the surrounding nature. Ideal to unwind. Everything was clean and well thought out, the host is responsive and welcoming. We highly recommend it!

Peter and Marin’s sea cottage has a beautiful location, with an ever-interesting view of the sea channel into Stockholm. Lovely forest walks nearby. A very memorable stay.

The Sea Cottage was beautifully decorated with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The jetty for me was the stand out though- just sitting with a drink and watching the sun go down. We really enjoyed our stay in tranquil surroundings. Well worth a visit.

We had a fantastic stay. Absolutely loved the location and the space. The lawn is great for a game of Kubb. Could have been left in better condition by previous guests (rubbish not taken out, etc) but excellent value for money.

We had a great time on the island. For us, a small family with two children, the small house was the perfect compromise between being in the city, but also having the possibility to be in nature. Michael was very friendly and helpful. The fact that we could use the canoe, was a very nice extra. It gave us the possibility to do something active rather than just being in the city of Stockholm. The ferry to the mainland, which is included in the public transport, was also nice for us to take. We had a very nice stay. Thanks Michael!

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastic house. Everything was perfect – the house is very well maintained, well equipped and offers a magnificent view of the water. The location on the quiet island is idyllic and yet Stockholm can be reached in only about 40 minutes. Linda and her husband were great hosts: warm, helpful and available at all times. We felt completely comfortable. We can highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in the Archipelago and in this cozy home. We felt like at Home and enyoied the Garden a lot. Total recommend! :-)
