Här bor du centralt med Södermalmspulsen precis utanför dörren, men ändå med ett lugnt och avkopplande rum som vetter mot en tyst innergård. Boendet ligger på 7:e våningen i ett höghus och har en privat ingång för en ostörd vistelse. Observera att hissen går upp till våning 6, och därefter finns det en trappa till våning 7. Det är en etta med kokvrå och fint belägen balkong i söderläge mot innergården. Säng om 160 cm och bäddsoffa. Lägenheten ligger centralt men tyst i ett hus med hiss, och bara ett stenkast från SoFos charmiga kvarter. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk.

The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.
