Här bor du centralt med Södermalmspulsen precis utanför dörren, men ändå med ett lugnt och avkopplande rum som vetter mot en tyst innergård. Boendet ligger på 7:e våningen i ett höghus och har en privat ingång för en ostörd vistelse. Observera att hissen går upp till våning 6, och därefter finns det en trappa till våning 7. I området finns vackra Vitabergsparken men också några av Stockholms bästa restauranger och charmiga barstråk.
