Beachfront vacation rentals in Södermalm

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. In das Zentrum von Stockholm oder in die Schären kommt man optimal mit der Fähre ab der Haltestelle Hasseludden ( 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, kostenlose Parkplätze).

Brilliant long weekend stay. Beautiful cabin right on the water, we made use of the kayaks daily! Amanda was a responsive and friendly host, we would definitely recommend this stunning place.

We loved our stay! The location is beautiful with nice walks nearby. The cottage is very well equipped. The sauna and wharf are picturesque. Ulla and Karl-Gustav are the most fantastic hosts. Very kind, responsive and available but also respect the space. We would love to come back!

Breathtaking views and location. Dalarö is a very sweet town with everything you could need for a low key get away. Host and family were incredibly hospitable and friendly and we were made to feel very at home. Thank you for a lovely stay

the place was absolutely beautiful! the cozy cabin along with the rowboat made this our best trip in europe during our semester abroad!

Vi åkte tillbaka till Pelles paradis redan efter två veckor och tyckte att det var lika fantastiskt även denna gång!

Appartement très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied du métro, restaurant et magasins d’alimentation. Le métro nous amène en 5 min au centre-ville et à la gare centrale. La proximité du canal offre des possibilités de promenades ou de course à pied entouré des habitants du quartier. Au pied de l’immeuble se trouve un chouette café avec possibilité de se restaurer, que nous pouvons que recommander. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, conforme à la description. Vincenzo a été très réactif et disponible.

Wow!! Incredible house in Sweden, only 35 minutes from Stockholm. We wish we could've stayed longer in Naomi's gorgeous house which has a pool, sauna, trampoline, many board games and beautiful views all around. Our family of five loved every minute of our time here. Naomi was incredibly kind and accommodating, and was always quick to help when we needed it. Thank you Naomi, we hope to return again soon!!

We had an amazing stay at Rika's place in Saltsjobaden. It exceeded all expectations and both us and our kids felt right at home from the moment we stepped in. The house is perfectly set up for a family. Everything is super easy to find and the house has everything and more you could ask for. We also absolutely loved the location. It was easy to get to and easy to get around.

We had such an amazing time. The house was a few minutes walk from the sea and a lovely beach area. There was a lovely walk way along the water that took you into the forest. The house was lovely. So well equipped with everything you would need. Absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back. Maria was such a helpful host, very responsive and helpful which really made our stay even better.

Wonderful stay. Went there for a week. A total of 2 families with 2 toddlers and a baby. Plenty of activities in the backyard and toys. A lot more spacious than we thought. A total of 2 floors plus an attic. 3 rooms in the top floor and 2 rooms in the ground floor. Lots of privacy if you travel with another family. Each of you get its own floor with its own full bathroom.

La maison d'Helena correspondait en tous points à nos attentes. Elle est située dans un quartier résidentiel, très agréable et calme. Nous avons même eu la chance d'apercevoir un lapin dans le jardin 😊. Le centre de Stockholm est accessible très rapidement, le tramway passe juste en bas de la rue. Nous avons apprécié la qualité des équipements, l'espace dans la maison et la décoration soignée, avec de belles pièces de design scandinave. Nous avons aussi passé de très bons moments dans le jardin : petit café du matin sur la terrasse, déjeuner au soleil et fin de journée dans le spa C'est une très belle adresse que nous recommandons sans réserve. Helena a toujours été réactive et attentive au confort de notre séjour.

Tomas was responsive and proactive. He made sure that we were familiar with the property and addressed any needs we had. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware and eating utensils. The house was well decorated and provided a feeling of comfort. The home's design was fun and unique and the hot tub a perfect end for a busy day!

Könnte man 10 Sterne vergeben, würden wir das tun. Die Unterkunft ist traumhaft. Noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Helena und Magnus sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die keine Wünsche offenlassen. Ob Sauna, ein heisses Bad im Jacuzzi oder die besten Tipps für die Umgebung, man bekommt alles bei den beiden. Für uns ein absolutes Plus: der gemütliche Bauwagen, wenige Meter zum See und - ach- einfach alles.

Eva and her family were very welcoming hosts. We had everything we needed and more during our stay at their beautiful and special place. We even enjoyed a bath in the pool. We had a lovely view from the terrace and the surrounding is also nice and green and with good restaurants. Thank you for having us!

Endroit paisible et au cœur de la nature, Karin vous y accueil dans une ambiance typiquement suédoise. Le logement dispose de tout le confort et de tous les accessoires nécessaires à rendre votre séjour agréable et si vous avez de la chance, vous croiserez même un jeune daim devant votre porte alors que vous êtes seulement 25min du cœur de Stockholm en transports en commun.

Ein absolut schönes Haus mit einer sehr tollen Lage. Auch für die Kinder gab es mehr als genug Spielmöglichkeiten. Die Familie hat sehr schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns somit den Urlaub gerettet. Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Lovely little cottage in a rural location and yet Stockholm is 45 minutes away by public transport. Nina is a great host, she is very friendly and flexible in terms of arrival and departure times. Everything else was exactly as described. Wonderful trip, we would love to come back.

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie eine wunderschöne Zeit in Madeleines schönem Häuschen! Ihr Mann Michael hat uns mit dem Boot abgeholt und ist dann noch Lebensmittel mit uns kaufen gefahren, inklusive Spezialitätenempfehlungen; einen besseren Start in die Weihnachtsferien konnten wir gar nicht haben. Das Haus ist genau so wie beschrieben, ebenso die Ausstattung. Wenn wir fragen hatten, konnten wir uns jederzeit an Michael oder Madeleine wenden. Die Aussicht auf das Wasser ist traumhaft und die Fährfahrt nach Stockholm ein Highlight für die ganze Familie. Kurz um, wir kommen gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens Weiterempfehlen! Herzliche Grüße, Gundis und Till mit Thorge und Mina

Es hätte nicht perfekter sein können... ein Traumhaus, wunderschön eingerichtet, ein herrliches bequemes Bett, ein großer Garten , ein eigener Badestrand mit See, beste Verkehrsanb. in alle Richtg, besonders das Pendelboot, welches in 70 Minuten in Stockholm ist, aber auch der 30-minütige Expressbus nach/von Stockholm, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gustavsberg, die herrliche Umgebung und Spaziergänge in wundervoller Natur in unmittelbarer Nähe am Haus, das Artipelag- Museum in toller Lage und schönen Möglichkeiten zu spazieren.... So ein schönes Fleckchen Erde, absolut was für die Seele. Wir genossen es bald morgens mit einem Tässchen Kaffee in der zweiten Etage auf der Wohlfühlcouch zu sitzen und Rehe, Hasen und Eichhörnchen im Baum zu beobachten. Der krönende Abschluss war der Besuch auf der Insel Sandhamn, die Fahrt durch die Schären, die einsamen Sandstrände und wunderschönen Häuschen machten den Besuch jetzt im Herbst zu einer einzigartigenSchwedenidylle. Das Haus liegt mitten in der Natur mit Zugang und Blick auf die Ostsee. Im Haus findet man viele Informationen für Ausflüge. Wir sind mit dem Zug nach Stockholm rein gefahren. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert wir waren z B auch in Sigtuna und Vaxholm. Håkon ist super nett hilfsbereit und immer schnell zur Stelle. Die Hütte ist mit allem ausgestattet und Håkon hat uns sogar gefiltertes Wasser gebracht. Wir würden wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen. Einziges Manko unsere Vorgänger haben das Geschirr scheinbar nicht sooo sauber abgespült aber das ließ sich ja leicht beheben. Die Toilette ist eine tolle ökologische Lösung. Ich wäre gerne noch länger geblieben. An Håkon und seine Frau alles Liebe und nur das Beste, wünschen Max und Silke
