Kids will be entertained thoroughly in the basement kids game room with pool , ping pong , foosball tables. Plenty of board games in the closet. In winter, try sledding, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, play badminton, pickle ball in driveway/backyard or kayak in Donner lake. Showcase your cooking skills using the full kitchen/gas grill in the patio

Bottom floor of duplex located on Donner Summit. A hidden gem for outdoor enthusiasts. Like a home on a golf course except up here the golf course is Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort and Soda Springs downhill ski resort. Sugar Bowl and Donner Ski Ranch ski resorts are only two miles down the road. Boreal is just one exit away on highway 80. Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and North Star are all about a 20-30 minute drive away (weather dependent) For rent is the bottom unit of the duplex

Very close drive to Bay Area (3 hours) yet within close proximity of Reno, Truckee, and Lake Tahoe. 5 minute walk to Soda Springs Ski Resort (ski-in/ski-out)!
