Sound View, Dock, .1 mile to beach access

A beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath duplex with amazing views of the sound! Enjoy the sunset on the shared dock! There are kayaks for sunrise and sunset paddles across the sound (a hold harmless agreement must be signed before these items may be used). Beach access is a few yards away, and we provide a beach utility cart for your belongings. Enjoy, dining areas in each living room, cable, amazing internet, shared dock, and an outdoor shower in the back. Private laundry room is downstairs. We do provide linens at no additional charge unlike other properties on the island. However, you will need to make sure there is one load in the dryer, one load in the washer, and only one load remaining upon check out. Trash must be taken to dumpsters and dishwasher must be loaded and started as well. Additional $20 cleaning fees will be charge for each if not completed. If you would like a Linen Service for your stay, please reach out for potential contacts. Dog Friendly. We allow well behaved, house trained dogs under 50 pounds. Max of 2 dogs. The Riverbend @ Old River Acres

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. The Riverbend is located just outside of Wilmington NC in the quaint town of Burgaw. Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Our cottage is back up for vacation rental! It's minutes from Surf City and our favorite stomping grounds. We have great restaurants, grocery stores, and breweries all within a short drive. Sandpiper Brewing is walking distance. The Surf City Skate Park is one of our favorite spots as well now that we have kids in the area. Be sure to visit Topsail Island for a day on the beach and end your day at our favorite go-to spots - Surf City Smash and Hidden Ships Distillery. You might see us there!

The home has 1 king bed, 2 full beds w/ 2 twin trundles, + a queen pullout in living room. Outside is a front deck, back patio, chairs in the fenced area, outdoor rinse area, 2 bikes, SUP boards, beach chairs, and space to let your dog play (hypoallergenic, non-shedding, house-broken dogs only. Up to 20lbs). Shopping/dining 10-15 mins away.

Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

Transportation is not needed as Surf City Heart is centrally located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, groceries, parks/playground boat tours and more.
