Denise was awesome. We had a last minute emergency change of plans and she flexed and made it possible for us to arrive 2 days early. The house and yard are terrific! Thank you Denise for sharing your space.

Adorable little cottage just as pictured, tucked into the back of a sweet friendly & QUIET campground on the water. The campground office is in the front corner of the building but the cottage feels very private with doors & windows looking out onto the lovely little marina right off the New River. Comfy mattresses & a well stocked kitchen make for a great stay. Easy access to the Sneads Ferry area and North Topsail make the location perfect & more affordable than staying on the island. Gena’s a great communicative hostess too.

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

We loved everything about the home and location. The pool table and river brought a lot of laughs and memories made. The hosts were helpful and very responsive. We had an amazing time and thankful for the opportunity to stay in this beautiful home.

we really enjoyed our stay at Andys The place had enough beds to accommodate all of us and allowed us to have pets The massage chair was our funny for the trip as we all tried it and had reactions LOL The hot tub and fire place was great and the kitchen and laundry was so nice to use We didnt get time to use the other games etc We definitely will use again Andy was very responsive to messages

Renee is an excellent host from beginning to end. She responded to all of my questions within minutes and did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. The location is quiet and peaceful. Traveling with children to the beach requires a location with easy access to the beach and within short proximity, as you will be hauling half the house with you to meet the kiddos every whim. This home meets those needs! Very easy distance to walk from the house to the beach. The home was clean and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches of limited breakable items, keeping it easy to maintain with children. Overall, I would definitely recommend and return! We chose Jennifer's place for many reasons and we sure did it right! We were celebrating a birthday and made an extended Memorial Day weekend out of it! Jennifer's place is amazing. It was the perfect beach house for us! She has top quality in furnishings, bedding, and accents! The hot tub was an added bonus :-) The location was great as well never more than a 30 minute drive around the island to get to shops, restaurants, and fun things to do! And the short walk down the street to the beach made it even better! We highly recommend her place if you are considering it! You will be as satisfied as we were! Thank you Jennifer for opening up your beautiful beach house!

Nice peaceful stay while visiting family. Convenient location, right by the main gate and close to restaurants, etc. The place was clean and quiet, highly recommend!

We were so pleased with our stay in this cozy camper! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The place was so clean, everything was labled, and there was great instruction on how to get to it, and how to get inside as well. Lots of eco friendly and green products available for use. We rented ebikes from the surf shop just outside the campground, enjoyed the pool, beach access just across the road, and a family friendly bar and grille basically in the parking lot! This place is truly special and id love to stay again on my next visit to topsail.

We had a fantastic stay! The place is private yet close to all the fun on the island, with easy access to the beach—just a short five-minute walk across the street. The home is beautifully furnished, with comfy beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and spotlessly clean throughout. The air conditioning kept everything perfectly cool, and we loved relaxing on the deck on with peaceful views of the sound. Our grandkid had a blast testing his fishing skills from the dock, and our cat adored watching the boats across the intracoastal waterway. There’s also a nice pool, quiet surroundings, and good parking. Everything you need for beach days is provided—you really don’t need to bring a thing! Kristin is an amazing host—super responsive, thoughtful, and helpful with great suggestions. Thank you again for a wonderful and relaxing stay!

Location, location, location…walkable and affordable best of both worlds. Recommend renting bikes from shady rentals to get to the beach quickly without the hassle of parking.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

Great stay! The host was super helpful. I would recommend maybe less than 6 people for the size of the unit.

We had an incredible time in Topsail over Memorial Day Weekend. Joe’s condo was the perfect size for my wife and I, my mother in law, and our pup. Location was incredible and just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The condo had everything we need and was clean and well furnished. Worth noting there are a few flights of stairs to get to the living area, but that didn’t deter us! Hope to be back again soon.

Awesome place and location! Perfect for my husband and I’s long weekend anniversary trip. Several restaurants and bars within walking distance. The pool was under renovation during our stay, which was a bummer but we were aware of ahead of time. 10/10 recommend!

We had a restful escape at the Sea Gull Lane property. It was super spacious, clean, and the main level was an open concept layout that was full of sunshine and two patio decks that we made use of every day. The kitchen was fully stocked and we received a goodie bag with key necessities. All of the bedrooms had their own spacious bathrooms and each had their own televisions. You can see the beach from the house, but in order to get there you will have to drive to beach access. There is a restaurant/bar near the home and there is some construction occurring on the block. Largely the noise from both was reasonable and didn’t disrupt our stay. We would definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Christi’s place! The home was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. We traveled to North Carolina to visit our godson, and this home was the perfect spot to relax and feel at peace after spending time with family. The backyard was great, the beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated all the thoughtful details around the house. Communication with Christi was smooth and kind throughout the entire stay. We’d love to stay again in the future—and we also hope we left a good impression as guests!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and made great use of space, perfect for our large group. The location was ideal with easy access to shops, beaches, and lots of great local spots. The dock was a huge hit for fishing, and the kids absolutely loved the garage game room with ping pong, corn hole, and ladder ball. Emily was excellent with communication and clearly put a lot of care into making the space family-friendly. Highly recommend!

Bill’s place was so much better than we could have hoped for. He has thought of all the small details and included things you wouldn’t think of but know you need. A beautiful place in a relaxing and peaceful environment with a very comfy bed. Bill was very responsive through the whole process and gave great restaurant recommendations. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The place was exactly as described, perfect location, clean, and private. You definitely need to bring or buy extra toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand towels, etc. Would stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay in this cozy two room home. Good fit for 3-4 people. Walking distance to loca park. Walkable neighborhood. Good sized fenced back yard. 3 TVs in the home. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
