Five of us stayed here while we went to a NASCAR event at the Superspeedway. There was beds for everyone (two queens and two singles) and we had everything we needed in the home. Lots of extras like shampoo, cooking spices, coffee pods and more. We loved the electric grill outside because we didn’t need charcoal. The recliners sofa was super comfy. The mattresses were comfortable and the entire place was exceptionally clean and like new. It really did feel like a home away from home. Thank you for being an outstanding host. A+++

Spacious, comfortable and located within a couple miles of every store you could need. I was in town for work with five others and we all had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

If you are thinking about booking this house; please RESERVE IT now. It is absolutely beautiful. This home exceeded my expectations on space, design, décor, and cleanliness! I am extremely picky and a clean freak. Saying this home was clean is an understatement. All of the towels and linens smelled fresh and were spotless. I travel with Tilex mold remover and did not have to use it; the bathrooms were spotless. I cannot express how pleased I was with my stay. Please, don’t think about booking; just do it!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s Carriage House! The access to the dock and lake was perfect for our family—easy, convenient, and beautiful. The pool and surrounding grounds provided the ideal place to relax. Lisa’s sweet dogs added to the charm and made us feel even more at home. Everything was clean, peaceful, and exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommend for a lake getaway!

Anyone looking to stay at a really nice air b&b about 35 min outside of Nashville in the town of Murfreesboro this is the place to stay Very clean and feels like home. Koala Hotel is exactly as described! Safe, quiet neighborhood setting perfect for two! Close to restaurants, shopping and an easy commute to downtown. The owners were knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely a repeat visit is in order. Thank you Anne and Lisa! We hope to see you again.

I took my Mom on a bucket list road trip as she is a huge country music fan and she had always wanted to visit Nashville. Mike and Vicke were very friendly and informative. We stayed there 5 nights. We took their advice on several of the activities and eateries and were not disappointed. Their place is very nice and peaceful, and the property is beautiful. My Mom and I thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. As stated in their description, they have a small kitchenette with a coffee machine, microwave, snacks, dishes, cups/glasses, and a mini-fridge. There is not a stove or sink, however, since we ate out most of the time it was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed coffee and sitting on the deck in the mornings. The living room area is comfortable and cozy. The shower was great with good pressure and the beds/bedding were clean and very comfortable. The location was very convenient for various attractions. I would not hesitate to book/stay there again when I am in Nashville.

I really enjoyed my stay. If you’re looking for somewhere private clean and well together, I would recommend. This location was just what I needed to get away . The check in was easy clear instructions. Amazing place to stay just to get away. Lots of great restaurant near by. My host was quick to response and very helpful. I will be booking here again on my next visit.

We stayed at Jill’s place for three nights and really enjoyed our time. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The surrounding area was walkable to many restaurants, bars, live music, ice cream and cvs.

Our stay was amazing! We went out to compete in a volleyball tournament, and have a nice place to stay once we were finished and on days off. Couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful location, and the indoor space was even better than expected! Paula even invited us to come out and have s’mores on Memorial Day Saturday, and her husband was always very kind if we ever crossed paths out and about. Best Air B&B stay we’ve had!

Donna and Randy were extremely nice hosts. The perfect quiet place to stay in Nashville . They have a beautiful and peaceful backyard space. The interior has really nice updates, with an attention to detail. Definitely will stay here again.

Lizbeth is an AMAZING host. She was so easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed. Be aware that Antioch is not particularly close to Nashville proper, the pool and hot tub are in a shared space, and you can hear EVERYTHING upstairs while in the unit. Over all would highly recommend the stay if you just want a cozy, homey stay with some amazing hosts. I couldn’t recommend Lizbeth enough just the space was 3.5/4 stars but the host was easily 5 stars

Carol and David’s place is in a great location, peaceful, beautiful and a fantastic alternative to your every day hotel stay. Carol made check-in super easy and was very accommodating when my son had to have a new shirt sent to him for a wedding he was in. We highly recommend to anyone that may have the chance to stay here. We really enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very new and modern. It was in a good place to easily walk downtown. We were a little concerned about the parking situation but found the street parking was very accessible throughout our stay. Melissa was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay.

I cannot say how wonderful this stay was. The timing and the reason I needed a beautiful retreat made it all the more special. This place will have you cozied up after a long day but hard to leave because it’s so stunning! Four nights was just not enough and I cannot wait to come back! Thank you for the magical experience

Nice clean place. Thought it was a little larger from the pictures you wouldn’t want more than 2 people in it. Pool was a little scary clean wise!

We chose this place because it was close enough to downtown but not right in the midst of the chaos! It was perfect for a home base to go back, relax and get ready. The place felt safe and comfortable! Love all the fun decor! Highly recommended grabbing some scooters and cruising to centennial park and grabbing sandwiches at 51st deli!! Easy to get Ubers for decent price to Broadway. Thanks for letting us call your place home for the week! We had a great time!!

Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

Nothing but great things to say about this place! Beautifully renovated property on a very peaceful, quiet street. Didn’t spend more than 10$ to get anywhere via uber/lyft (stayed within Nash), many food options within a short distance! Connie was so sweet and responsive, they were even able to accommodate an early check in request! We appreciate everything so much and cannot wait to plan our next trip back! P.S. lots of games, linens, towels, etc. provided, don’t forget to leave a note/recommendation in the notebooks!! ☺️

Had a great stay in Nashville at Amy’s place!! It had everything you need! The Airbnb was very cute and had enough space for our group to sleep and hang out! Close to Broadway and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. We enjoyed the Speakeasy that was in the building one night, very cool vibe! We didn’t have time to utilize the pool but looked nice! Amy wad always very responsive for all of our needs during our stay!

Very wonderful host! Great for the price we got it at. Our host worked with us on any problems we faced. Would rent again!
