We LOVED it! The location was wonderful! Close enough to downtown, but a nice quiet area. We took Lyft most places in the evening just for ease. But in all reality, we didn't need to leave! The pool, the hot tub! The whole area was wonderful!

The Franklin Dollhouse was easy to find and easy to get inside. It was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay and the master bedroom bed was comfortable. We didn't use the guest bedroom. This home easily accommodates 4 guest comfortably. I knew ahead of time that a previous guest damaged the pool. It had not been fixed because of the severe weather the area had experienced. It rained almost every day so we would not have used it anyway. The area is very quiet and we were able to relax when we were at the home. However, we weren't there during most of the daylight hours. The Franklin Dollhouse was close to the First Bank Amphitheater and Downtown Franklin. It is a short drive by Interstate to Nashville. If we were in the area again, we would stay at the this home.

I cannot say enough great things about this Airbnb and its perfect location 😍. Marshall and Carolyn were very communicative; Broadway is just a quick 10-15 minute walk away; The place was really clean and spacious; The couch and bed were super comfortable; and There are a ton of great finds within a 2-3 block radius: •Tipsy Scoop is literally next door, and the perfect boozy frozen treat (mango margarita, please) •Martin’s BBQ Joint has such good bbq •Parlor Donuts might just be the best donuts in the US 😉 •Sprocket Rocket Party Bike - book it, and ask for Geoff (trust me). Next time I’m in Nashville. I’m coming back here.

Great location, lovely river view when hanging out or working from the condo. We didn’t have a car, but it was very walkable to restaurants and plenty of scooters or e-bikes nearby too. Good internet for working remote, my boyfriend and I both worked remote during our stay with no issues. We stayed a little over a week and used the laundry facilities, they have an app to pay which was great! Todd was a great communicator and responsive.

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!
