The home was warm and comfortable, with everything we needed to enjoy an extended weekend stay. Emily was always quickly responsive to any questions we had. We would be pleased to return next time we come to Marietta.

this place is very relaxing and the back deck was probably my favorite place. there's a nice woods behind the property, and the bug netting at night made it perfect out there. comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms. I accidentally booked the trip shorter then I intended, and contacted Derek, within a few hours he got back with me and accommodated us with another night. He's a great host. Don't hesitate to book at this place.

Finding Kimone’s home made our visit to Smyrna perfect. This jewel is very well kept and more than we expected. We found the kitchen outfitted with everything needed for those of us who like to cook. The house was spacious, very clean, more than comfortable. We were constantly on-the-go every day so returning from our daily trips, this was the perfect place to kick back and relax. I don’t know when we’ll be returning to this part of the country but when we do, we plan to rest here again!

We had a lovely stay while in town for a family graduation. This home had everything we needed: a well-appointed kitchen for meals in, comfy beds, and plenty of space to stretch out. We will definitely stay again when we have a family event in Smyrna.

Phiona was the perfect host, everything is laid out in detail, she didn't miss one thing. The place is beautiful and clean. Everything you need is there. The landscaping outside is just beautiful. You could not ask for a better host and place to stay. We had a small problem when we first arrived, we contact Phiona and she responded quickly and fixed the problem. We would certainly recommend this Air BNB to anyone who is looking for a really nice place to stay in Austell, GA area. I'm so picky on air b&bs and Becky and David's home did not disappoint. The beds were so comfy, everything was so clean and the decorations were just spot on. Love the windows and trees in the yard. Marietta is such a charming little town. Loved our stay. Thank you <3

We had a wonderful stay! Traveling with a baby can be tricky, but our host made everything so much easier. Monia was incredibly flexible with to accommodate our baby's nap schedule. The space was clean, and very comfortable. We felt welcomed and cared for.

Great place to stay while we had a tournament at LakePoint. Close to restaurants and other amenities ! Spotless and had everything we needed !

This place was exactly as advertised. Driving into the neighborhood you can see where it’s shifting. The older homes are being renovated and the overgrown lots are being cleaned up. All the signs are there of a transitioning community. So the entryway to the unit still lends some hesitation. But from the moment of opening the door my family felt comfortable. My wife and daughters were all good to go (you know us guys don’t need much). And that felt good to have another rental deemed “suitable” for the ladies. Comfortable night’s rest, clean showers, plenty of linens and fully stocked supplies in kitchen. All within twenty minutes of my nephew’s graduation and his celebratory get-together the following day. Really worked well for us.

Casandra is so sweet and obliging. The space was adorable inside and out. I was able to take off on my walks from there to the square and beautiful streets. Sessions Stand coffee shop is next door and so pleasant. Will stay there again.

This is great little studio in a fantastic complex and location. We particularly loved being able to walk to get our meals. The building’s shared spaces including the pool, lounge, and library/mailroom are all awesome. Staying here was not just cheaper than staying in a hotel but the location was better and we got a full kitchen. We only cooked a couple of meals but just for those it was worth it. Really appreciated having basic cooking items (oils & spices, etc) available too.

We stayed at Jaya's for a couple of days while we were in town for a concert, and the location was so quiet and had the perks of being next door to a track and green space. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Atlanta!

Honestly I have nothing bad to say this was a great place with an amazing view I enjoyed every moment. I would recommend this place to all of my peers. The host was cool down to earth and always available I would definitely stay here again

This comfortably humble and well appointed, very tidy touch-down space was perfect for a weekend of places to go and things to do. The front porch with rocking chairs was the best unexpected part-very nice porch. Place was spotless. We’ll definitely want to rebook for our next Atlanta trip. Thank you guys for a perfect stay.

We had a great stay at Teresa’s place during our recent trip to Atlanta for a concert! The apartment was exactly as pictured — clean, comfortable, and full of charm. Teresa thought of everything a guest might need and even included a helpful manual with clear instructions and local tips. We especially appreciated her restaurant and shop recommendations — everything we tried was spot on! The bed was super comfy, and the space made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

Sara's place was perfect for the convention we attended that was about a block away. The security at the entrance and multiple locked checkpoints made us feel safe during our stay, and Sara was super responsive when we had any questions. I'm hoping we can get it again for next year!

This location was PERFECT!!! I had an event to go to in the area, I also brought my son and we hit legoland and sloomoo and I was less than 20 min from everything. If you know Atlanta then you know THAT MATTERS! Quiet, clean and enough room. Very responsive host as well. Best Airbnb experience I’ve had thus far. Will book again!

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

William is a very responsive and responsible host. His communication is great and the bnb was as expected. Good location, with places for food nearby, and walkable to a lot of different places. Scooters, bikes, and the Marta train station nearby as well. Would recommend!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

Beth is incrediblely responsive, provided clear directions on check in/check out, and kept household essentials well stocked. Beth did two things that really made this stay stick out that I really appreciate: 1) I had some delayed incoming travel, and Beth was both incredibly responsive and accommodating for when I would actually check in. 2) This is a great place to work remote. The internet download speeds are consistently above 250MBps download and 35MBps upload. I really enjoyed my stay!
