This place was perfect for us! We had a concert to attend at the Coca Cola Roxy and this home was an easy 6 minute walk to the venue! They left very clear instructions (that I may have overlooked for some information) but were very friendly when I messaged them for clarification. Their response time is the best I’ve ever experienced on AirBnB. Mostly getting back to us in under 20 minutes. The place was well kept and had plenty of glasses and kitchen equipment if needed. We didn’t get a chance to visit the lake behind the place since it rained most of the time we stayed but it was stunning enough that we were able to keep the curtains drawn to enjoy the view. For the most part the neighborhood was quiet and made it a wonderful stay. When we make it back out to Atlanta this place will be first on my list!!

Stop thinking and just BOOK! Mario was literally the perfect host from the beginning. Easy instructions to get in. He was also very friendly and responsive. The location is perfect and lots of things to do that are close walking distance. And the view was beautiful!!! Def would book again when we come back to ATL.

Honestly words can’t describe this is my best experience with Airbnb along with best experience with the host ! Communication was everything Mr Gregory was amazing and truly understanding. I loved the location. There were scuffs on the wall in sure from previous guest but overall the place was clear great area . He even recommend food places and we tried one 10/10

Good location, most things are within 5min drive radius, also walkable to some restaurants and banks. Quiet and natural gated community, well equipped kitchen with basic essentials. If there is a table in the room would be better since the stool chair is a bit short to sit by the counter, other than that it is good

Great place, stayed for a braves game. It was a short walk to the stadium and not having to worry about parking and traffic was a plus. Would stay again there was great feedback and response and instructions on check in/check out.

We had a great stay! The place is clean, modern, well equipped and new. The host and staff are terrific - from our first initial contact to checkout they were pro-active, responsive and helpful. We did have a parking snafu while there and they were on top of it - handling it very professionally and really helped us out! This is a great place to stay in Atlanta!

This Airbnb was the best for what we needed for a Concert and Joseph left little mugs and candy spelling out KPOP for me and my friends. 100% recommend!

Victoria was a wonderful host! Clean and accommodating! This is our second year renting this unit and we plan to be back again next year. This is the perfect unit for catching a Braves game. Can’t get any closer to Truist Park.

Clean, well appointed, and excellent remodeled stay. This 1 BR has all the amenities in pictures and more. Location is convenient, in a fairly quiet complex. Recommended.

I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely rebook with Denzel. Easy check in and check out. Easy trash pick up. I suggest a chair for the patio. The dish washer and fire stick in the main bedroom wasn’t working. The hosts communicated promptly with the situation an offer a portion of my pay back to me for the inconvenience m. I appreciated that deeply. They shows great customer service. The place had a lot of blankets, appliances, seasoning and cook ware which made the stay a lot more easy going because I usually cook breakfast while on vacation.

We had a great stay at Cody’s place would 100% stay again.
