We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

The listing popped up at a really great time when my other air bomb host cancelled on my group. The house was very spacious and nice. If I needed to stay there again I definitely would do it.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Absolutely beautiful home and worth every penny you spend on it!! The house was clean and everything was in great shape! Gated community with nice walking areas. All of us truly enjoyed the night stay there. If we are ever in Atlanta again we will be looking for this home again and again.

Tracy’s place was very comfy and accommodating. Kids had a blast in the game room and I got some much needed rest. Also the decor was awesome.

Perfect spot for our weekend away! We attended a wedding in Marietta and this was the perfect place! Within 10 minutes of Marietta Square where the wedding events took place and close to alot of restaurants and stuff to do. George and Liv are very gracious hosts. They’re very communicative and respond quickly. Would recommend this stay to everyone if you’re in the Marietta area.

Great, fun place! Close to the Braves stadium :) playroom was a real treat for my kids!

My family of 4 and dog stayed here for a week to get away from the hurricane in FL. Place was great. Quiet. Nice fenced in back yard. Quiet neighborhood we could take walks in. Internet was fast so both my wife and I could work remotely. 10 min drive to a ton a really good food options. Hosts were responsive and very accommodating to us. And only 30 min to downtown Atlanta. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet, neighborhood location.

The pictures honestly doesn’t give enough justice !! The home is beautiful and looks even better in person. The area was very nice and quiet. The host was very accommodating to our needs. I would definitely stay again any chance I get!! I overly loved my stay here at this home. Very kid friendly. I loved that the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our family. Very clear instructions on how to use everything in home.

The check-in was easy and the neighborhood was quiet. The space was clean and had everything we needed for our three night stay over a work weekend. During my stay, I had a specific request and the host responded quickly and went above and beyond to accommodate. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close (2 miles) to everything but far enough for it to be secluded and quiet. I also like how wooded the area was around the space and it felt very private in our space.

I had a wonderful stay at Kat’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. What made it even better was how welcoming Kat was not just to me, but to my dog as well! It can be tough to travel with pets, but the host made us feel completely at home. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place, and it was clear she genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a furry friend or without. Would definitely stay again! Thank you so much.

The place is awesome! The backyard is beautiful and definitely our fav hangout. The kitchen and bathroom is fully stocked with all essentials and more! The location is perfect especially if you will be doing most of your visiting Downtown or in Buckhead. There are a lot of stairs when walking to the property- just fyi. 100% recommended.

Peaceful Place Nice Area and Private Location

This is our 3rd time staying here. We love it! It’s so convenient for our overnight Braves trips. Ebony is an amazing host. So friendly and accommodating! I highly recommend this home and Ebony as a host. 😊

Nice and clean! Centrally located.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

This town home was just like the pictures. Very clean, modern, quiet and safe neighborhood, gated community. Having snacks and water was a nice added touch. Conveniently located. Has a driveway and garage. I would definitely stay there again.
