We hire out our nice and spacious summer house in Smygehamn with proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants. There is plenty of space and space for both big & small. As far south as you can get in Sweden! Facilitations - Sauna, hot tub, boule court The house is located about 100m from the beach and about 500m to the bathing jetty. Smygehamn is Sweden's southernmost location & there is a shop, restaurant & ice cream kiosks. Proximity to more gems and beaches along the coast. Note: Pets are allowed based on consultation with us.

Close to world-class golf, 5 minutes to Bokskogen Golf Club, 10 minutes to PGA National. 25 minutes to Malmö city and 8 minutes to all facilities in Svedala where you can also take the train to Copenhagen or Malmö. From the tranquility of the forest to the beaches of Höllviken and Falsterbo in 25 minutes. Enjoy the tranquility of the forest but where everything is within arm's reach.

This newly renovated (July 2025) house from 1940 is located in the countryside, with proximity to a small community with grocery stores, pharmacies, pizzerias, etc. Fantastic nature with sugar beets, wheat, barley, rapeseed and other crops around the corner. Bicycles are available for rent. Several very good and nice restaurants are within bicycle distance. Good breakfast is possible and ordered upon arrival.

Lovely and newly built modern apartment with all the facilities you need. Located in a peaceful area close to supermarkets, parks and beautiful nature. At same time close to the heart of Malmö. Highway is 5 min away and free parking in front of the house is available. There is one queen-size bed for two persons and on the second floor there is two single beds. Longer terms staying guests will have access to laundry room.

Cottage by the field

Enjoy the peaceful view of the fields and horses. Take a walk to the ocean and enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings of Östra Torp. The small house has a fully fitted kitchen, dining space in an open space solution. Sleeping quarters with a double bed on the loft and two beds (one as possible pull out double bed) on ground floor. A private outdoor space for BBQ and sunset hangout.

Small garden cottage 23m2, centrally located

The small cottage in my garden is only available for short term rental, max 45 days. It has 23 m2: bedroom, living room with kitchenette and toilet + shower. The cottage is not big but clean and pleasant. In the bedroom, there is a bed 120 cm and in the living room, a 90 cm sofa/bed. The cottage is best suited for one person, but it is also possible to accommodate two guests in it.
