Vacation rentals in Smoljanci

We stayed with a total of 10 friends at Villa 2M and really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped (great kitchen, spacious bedrooms, various bathrooms, pool, outdoor kitchen,…) and we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the lovely outside sitting area. Marina and Mikey were exceptional hosts and provided recommendations and helpful tips wherever possible. We would highly recommend to stay at their house and are looking forward to coming back one day.

The villa is beautiful, very clean and equipped with every comfort. High-quality materials outside and in the kitchen, very pleasant. The pool is wonderful with warm temperatures. A rental car is needed to explore the area. Pula is a half-hour drive, just like Rovinj. The village of Bale nearby is authentic and therefore very nice. The bedrooms all have their own bathroom, also very clean and tidy. Plenty of towels and closet space. The beds are very nice. Communication went smoothly. Anton responded quickly and kindly. Highly recommended for if you want to relax in peace :)

Luxuriously decorated house, even more beautiful in person than in the photos and we immediately felt like we were at home! Antonia welcomed us the most sincerely, after the trip we could snack on cheese and prosciutto right away, have a glass of wine, and the kids were greeted with ice cream! We are speechless as much as Antonia and her family cared about guests, she cared about every detail to make our vacation perfect. I would particularly emphasize cleanliness-at the peak, and the kitchen is perfectly equipped! The kids enjoyed the pool, lufts, balls, football, trampoline, Playstation 5, board games, badminton - a dream vacation with lots to do. We enjoyed the privacy of the pool and the house, the wonderful walks, visited Rovinj - more than once, Bale, Motovun - everything is close to be able to make a nice excursion. We are delighted with the Grimani pizzeria, which is 5 minutes away, in the center of the place-best pizza, especially Nutella pizza! Mime's is great too. Once again a special thanks to the lovely Antonia - see you again! Perfect house for a family with kids!

Everything was perfect, we found everything you need for a great stay, the villa is in a very quiet and quiet place and the owner was very friendly.

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

Absolutely lovely place, spotless, clean and calm and quiet surroundings, exactly as described in listing. Great host, it was my mum’s 70th birthday and I managed to order a cake via Sandi’s girlfriend. On request the host’s parents who live upstairs (but are not noticeable) cooked a delicious meal for my mum and aunt when I was away for a wedding. And we also managed to borrow their iron when I had to get my wedding outfit ready. In all super accommodating host and family. Both apartments and pool are super clean. 10/10 recommend.

Thank you Orena for your warm welcome. Eventhough we just stayed a single night it was very comfy and the cold drinks were highly appreciated after a long trip. Your location was nice we would definitely come back.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!
