Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Smoljanci

Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester im Haus von Jure verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus von Jure liegt etwas abseits der Straße, aber so zentral, dass alle notwendigen Orte schnell und einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, was für unseren Hund sehr angenehm war. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Besonders angenehm war jetzt im Winter die Fußbodenheizung. Der Kontakt zu Jure war unkompliziert. Er war während unseres Aufenthalts selber im Urlaub, aber eine Freundin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Trotzdem war Jure für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal Urlaub in Jures Haus zu verbringen.

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

Schön wären Insektengitter vor den Schlafzimmerfenstern und in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fernseher.Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

Sono molto attenta alla pulizia e l'appartamento di Ante era veramente pulito e ordinato; è dotato di tutto il necessario per la permanenza, inclusa la cucina fornita del necessario per cucinare. Ante è stato disponibile e il soggiorno è stato ottimo.

Heerlijk rustig dorpje, alles binnen loopafstand (supermarkt, bakker, restaurants). Binnen 10 minuten op strand (waar je een parkeerpas voor krijgt van Davor) en in Rovinj. Mooi centraal gelegen in Istrië. Als je op zoek bent naar rust en weg wil uit de drukke toeristische plekken, dan ben je hier op het juiste adres. Davor is dagelijks aanwezig voor onderhoud aan de tuin etcetera en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of een praatje. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad en komen zeker terug!

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

The place is very cosy, everything looks like new. The kitchen is well equipped, the whole apartment is very clean and tastefully decorated. We had a nice time in the beautiful garden where was a jacuzzi and even some staffs for kids like rackets for playing. It is very close to the beach, restaurants and the market. The area is rather quiet and green. Valentina and Nicola were really nice, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Kristina war einfach perfekt. Wir sind zu zweit mit Hund angereist und haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft. Der Kontakt war einfach und problemlos und sehr gastfreundlich! Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der eingezäunte Garten ein schöner Rückzugsort, um den Abend bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen. Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub für uns und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir haben uns von Minute 1 bei Emanuela sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war alles sauber und genau so wie auf den Fotos. Der Garten war toll und es ist alles mit viel Liebe gemacht. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen :)

We have a great stay. We spend less days than we had planned cause of a family situation. Pero was very kind and his dad as well. The view is amazing, you can have breakfast on the terras and sit till late in the evening comfortable outside. The kitchen is big and the living spacious, a good bathroom and good beds. I hope someday we can come back.

We would absolutely recommend a stay in the Birdhouse of Branko! After friendly contact about the ETA, he was waiting for us at the communicated stop. He helped us carry some luggage and walked us to the accommodation. Once arrived there, the home was clean and cozy and the fridge was already filled by him since he would know that the shops were closed once we arrived. The view from the balcony can best be described as perfect. Branko is a really kind host who wanted us to feel home. We can confirm that it felt like home. 😌 Motovun was a bit quiet, but it was fine since we loved the serenity of the birdhouse. We will definitely recommend our friend to consider the Birdhouse when visiting Istria. We would also recommend to book at Miro Tartufi for truffle hunting!

Wunderschöne Villa – absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in der Villa Cami! Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großen Pool und der weiten Terrasse, die mit einer großen, gepflegten Wiese und ausreichend schattigen Plätzen zum Entspannen einlädt – perfekt für Familien oder Gruppen. Die moderne Einrichtung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und schafft eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft und wir haben uns von Anfang an rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war jederzeit zuverlässig und freundlich – wir haben schnelle und hilfreiche Antworten auf all unsere Fragen bekommen. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Een fantastisch verblijf! Wat een luxe! Mikela staat altijd voor je klaar! Heerlijk zwembad ook, wel nog en beetje koud maar met een beetje oefening kom je er steeds makkelijker in😉. (begin mei) Heerlijke rustige omgeving waar je echt tot rust kan komen en veel comfort van het huis en alle ruimtes! Daarnaast alle leuke uitjes binnen half uur - 3/4 uur te bereiken. Zeker voor herhaling!

5 Sterne auf der ganzen Linie! Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten. Der Wohnbereich ist richtig groß. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und alle drei Schlafzimmer haben ein separates Bad mit Dusche. Auch der Garten ist riesig, was vor allem unsern Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Besonders zu erwähnen ist, dass das komplette Haus wirklich richtig sauber war! Direkt nebenan ist ein kleiner Spielplatz und ein asphaltierter, eingezäunter Sportplatz mit Fußball-/Handballtoren und Basketballkorb. Es ist sogar eine einschaltbare Beleuchtung vorhanden. Franko und Nensi waren jederzeit für uns gut erreichbar und haben sich umgehend um alle Anliegen gekümmert. Wir wurden super nett mit Willkommens-Snacks und -Getränken begrüßt. Bei der Lage muss jedem bewusst sein, dass man grundsätzlich für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Einkäufe fahren muss, was für uns aber kein Problem war. Danke, Franko und Nensi, dass wir eure Gäste sein durften :-) Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Unser Urlaub war einfach wunderschön. Schon bei der Ankunft verschlug es uns den Atem, weil die Villa traumhaft liegt mit einem grandiosen Blick über die Adria. Einfach zum Seele baumeln lassen! Die Bilder haben nicht zu viel versprochen, es war alles so wie beschrieben. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer und von jedem Zimmer hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Das Haus ist voll klimatisiert und die Küche bestens ausgestattet. Vom Pool hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Familienurlaub. Wir werden ihn niemals vergessen!

Wir fanden das Haus sehr schön es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren Hervoragend sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, und voll ausgestattet. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen. zu der Lage es war sehr ruhig sehr angenehm um seine Ruhe zu finden.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
