Maritime apartment close to the city center

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

This beautiful newly renovated home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Sluseholmen's many restaurants, cafes, shopping and atmospheric harbor baths, make you almost not want to leave the island. However, the city center is only 5 minutes away by subway, which is 200 meters from the apartment. The harbor bus, which is also a few hundred meters away, takes you around Copenhagen, cheaply and easily. There is free private parking and the airport is only 15 minutes from here.

Two-storey apartment in the most beautiful area of Copenhagen. Around the houses there are water canals Sluseholmen is an active district with high to the sky. Here you can go for walks, run, cycle and even go kayaking. Here there are boats in the water, birds in the air, and new buildings, squares and farms that are springing up. And above all, Sluseholmen is close to everything. In 10 minutes you are at Rådhuspladsen - and just on the other side of the water is the scenic Amager Fælled.
