The apartment is fully furnished, both in the kitchen and living room. I have lived there myself for 10 years, and am really happy with this little gem :)

This apartment sits in a historic factory building in the heart of Copenhagen Harbour. You can swim from the front door, sunbathe in one of the private gardens, take in the evening sun on one of the balconies, stroll to the nearest beach (5 mins), or with water views from all rooms, just kick back in a vintage chair and watch the boats go past. To head into Copenhagen you can jump on the ferry (200m from the door) and be there in a few minutes, or walk there in 15 min.

Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
