Lovely bright two bedroom apartment of 59 m2. Apartment on the 5th floor in a quiet and maritime environment on an island overlooking the port of Copenhagen and the Enghave Canal. Modern apartment from 2018, west-facing with afternoon and evening sun and beautiful sunsets. Small balcony. You can swim in the canal and the harbor. Perfect apartment for a couple. Located outside the city center - it is 3 km to the city center/Rådhuspladsen/Tivoli. Easy to rent bicycles - e.g. Donkey Republic. 400 meters to the "Enghave Brygge" Metro station. There are construction activities in the area.

Modern Apartment overlooking the harbor and canals, only 5 minutes from the subway (15 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station) and close to shopping and take-away options. Green areas are within walking distance. If you love nature and water, but also want easy access to the city center, this apartment is ideal for you. Beautiful and stylish 2-room apartment, with double bed and baby crib, as well as 2X floor mattresses. The apartment has everything you need. Bright and spacious with views of the canal. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you are at Town Hall Square/Tivoli. By car, it is only 5 minutes to Bella Center and only 10 minutes to the airport. Both the ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment to the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

Maritime apartment close to the city center

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. With a location right by the water, close to restaurants and cafes, you will enjoy your stay here. The harbor bus (large yellow boat) departs 5 minutes' walk from the apartment, and it takes you to Copenhagen's tourist attractions. There is street parking that is paid on an hourly basis, but I can offer guest parking on the street for DKK 50/day. The apartment is bright, clean and modern and has a welcoming Martin atmosphere.

Exclusive accommodation with harbor view

This beautiful newly-renovated home is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Sluseholmen's many restaurants, cafes, shopping and atmospheric harbor baths mean that you almost don't want to leave the island. However, the city center is only 5 minutes away by metro, which is 200 meters from the apartment. The harbor bus, which is also a few hundred meters away, takes you around Copenhagen, cheaply and easily. Free private parking is available and the airport is only 15 minutes away.

Welcome to our stylish, minimalistic home - we only rent it out while travelling. It's fully equipped,family friendly - direct access to a playground. It's a high-quality ground floor Scandinavian apartment with an outdoor terrace. Perfectly located by the water, yet well-connected to the centre,1min away from 2 grocery shops in a new modern neighbourhood. It has 1 bedroom +there is a sofa in the living room. It's not a sleeping sofa, but has removable pillows, so can work for 1adult/teenager.

I vil nyde at bo centralt i denne et-værelses lejlighed lige ved vandet og havnen, indre by, indkøb, bus og metro, caféer, spisesteder og meget andet. Lejligheden har lige hvad man har brug for, for et ophold i København. Der er nem tilgang til seværdigheder, vand, Amager fælled og shopping. Der er få meter ned til en badetur i havnen og få meter til et bustoppested. Det er nemt og hurtigt at tage metroen fra lufthavnen til lejligheden. Og kun ca tyve min gå gang til centrum af København.
