A cozy 70 sqm attic apartment above the rooftops of Sebnitz, the silk flower city, awaits you. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room, shower room and a fully equipped kitchen. In the newly furnished kitchen you will find a Miele dishwasher and even a Siemens washer-dryer next to the induction stove. You park your car directly in the free private parking space behind the house. 2 charging stations for your Tesla are next door.

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.
