We had such a wonderful stay with our lovely hosts—and their sweet pup Heidi! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, cozy accommodations, and what can only be described as the coziest marshmallow bed—exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The shower was piping hot, the coffee and tea were just as warm and welcoming, and breakfast was provided each morning—such a thoughtful touch. The hosts had everything beautifully set up, including a well-curated BnB book full of helpful local tips and recommendations. Don’t miss The Pineapple Pub nearby—truly the quintessential English experience to kick off any UK adventure. The only downside? We wish we could have stayed longer! I recently had the pleasure of staying at V's through Airbnb, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, V was incredibly attentive, ensuring that our experience was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend notifying her of your arrival time; it allows her to prepare everything perfectly. Upon entering, we were greeted by a delightful assortment of thoughtful touches that made our stay feel uniquely special. V had arranged a delightful spread of personalized breakfast items upon request, featuring artisan breads, jams, butter, and even delicious chocolates and a cake waiting for us. The warm ambiance, enhanced by soft music and gentle lighting, instantly made us feel at home. V's interior decor is truly one of a kind, reflecting her fantastic personality and talent for design. Stephanie was very friendly, helpful and kind. My room was nicely done, clean and comfortable. It's a lovely house. Secure parking space. Will most certainly like to come again.

Everything was spot on. Pat was a very helpful, friendly and responsive host. The room was perfect for my needs with a great en suite bathroom, in her home but on the top floor, so private. Parking was much appreciated and easy. The location was great and I enjoyed a walk to nearby Datchet in the evening where I sat in the playing field and enjoyed a picnic with food bought from Tesco. I really appreciated the milk, coffee and cereal available in my room, nice extra touches and so convenient when working away from home. Leaving in the morning was really straightforward. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this place to others.

This property was top notch! Hayley was absolutely professional and her service fantastic. The property is spacious, clean, homely and the host very friendly. Close to London Heathrow Terminal 5 but do not feel any noise nuisances from the airport. Small room with comfortable bed.

Déborah welcomed me , showed me around and let me settle in easy. I would definitely go back if I ever have the chance. Beautiful people, beautiful neighbourhood. Easy access to bus station or train station to Heathrow airport or Marylebone station in London. Super!

We enjoyed the apartment thoroughly, very central location. Easy access to supermarkets and convenience stores. Stations were a stone throw away. Very well laid out and very private.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

If we could give a rating of higher than 5 stars, we would. James is welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen includes top quality crockery, cutlery, etc. as well as a few food supplies in the cupboard and fridge. Everything that we required was provided. In addition to that James went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We stayed for four days and could have stayed longer. We will definitely return, if the occasion arises. This is a beautifully appointed flat that is convenient to the Summertown Shops around the corner. The bus service into Oxford City Centre is frequent and an easy trip. This is also a good place to catch the bus to Blenheim Palace. This charming flat is on a quiet street and Francesca is a terrific host.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

Deborah's home is our best place to stay in London.💞 Thank her for sharing her life aesthetics, enthusiasm and generosity. It's quiet and convenient here. Deborah always enthusiastically prepares lovely breakfast for us, lends us umbrellas and provides useful information about the local area in time. We got a very comfortable rest. And of course, thanks to Banjo and Hudson for their company. The time to stay and play with you in the living room is the most relaxing and warm moment in London. （love hug hug🫶🏼😽） Looking forward to coming back here next time😊

We had a lovely stay albeit short, only one night. If you want a cosy, character and quirky cottage in a peaceful village with lovely walks and a great pub near by then this is the perfect getaway! Gilly and James were lovely hosts. Thank you for our stay.

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

Shelagh is the most perfect host and we wanted for absolutely nothing ! Fox Pightle is a little piece of Paradise in the English countryside and we were lucky enough to be there when the roses were in full bloom, of which there are plenty ! Extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated throughout. Treat yourself !

Leslie and Ian are lovely and kind. Ian jumped in to drive us to Charing Cross during a medical thing at 2.30 am This is the first time we have taken a room and shared with the host and thankfully Leslie and Ian made it very enjoyable and safe. They are on the District line with direct access to town.

I everything about my stay was perfect. April and Perry were very kind and friendly and had the place set up so beautifully. A private entrance from the street (with two security gates) meant that I felt safe as a solo traveler and confident that I would not disturb them as I came and went. The garden is nothing short of magnificent and lends privacy to the guest cabin in back. Lovely outdoor seating for guests is also provided. There was some warm weather while I was there and although there is no AC, there were plenty of fans to keep the room at a very comfortable temperature. If you’re working at the National Archives or looking for a lovely quiet base in London, this is a truly wonderful place to be!
