The cowshed is compact with main bedroom and kitchen, bathroom and bunk room There is no living room but guests can enjoy the outside table and chairs in the summer or take a rug up the garden and enjoy the spectacular views of the South Downs - it is fabulous and very peaceful with no WiFi. There is a flat screen tv and underfloor heating. Ideal for a family of 4, or for 4 adults it is quite cosy. Perfect for walkers and cyclists. We are very close to the Pig in the South Downs restaurant

My husband and I just stayed at The Cottage and had the best holiday ever. It was in the most beautiful location and close to many towns and villages. We had a lovely stay at the Shepherds Hut. It was so private and the area stunning. I had a family issue and Madeline was responsive and flexible with us which started things off brilliantly. Easy walking distance to pubs and had everything you need. We came for two nights and were able to completely switch off. We look forward to coming again in the Autumn or Winter so we can make use of the Wood Burner! We highly recommend for a wind down even if you only live 15 miles away like us!
