Lovely place, did what it said on the tin! Walkable to the main parts of Hudson. Very comfortable. Beautifully equipped.

This Airbnb is everything described plus so much more! My family of 11 (9 adults and two 2 year olds) had plenty of seating, bedrooms, and kitchen plates and cutlery. The bathrooms were extremely spacious. The house was very kid friendly with lots of books and a game room. There was a canoe, plenty of kayaks, life vests and outside seating. We found everything we needed and more! We would definitely visit again.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! It truly felt like home—every detail was so thoughtfully taken care of. You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, from a well-stocked space to those little touches that make a big difference. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and even though it rained, the hosts had dry firewood ready for the fireplace, which made it feel extra warm and inviting. We loved sitting by the lake and even saw a fish jump out of the water—such a magical moment! Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. And thank you so much for approving our cats to stay with us—it meant the world. If we could give 10 stars, we absolutely would. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and welcoming getaway. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had the BEST TIME at this fantastic Lakeside house in Valatie!  The house itself has 3 good bedrooms – 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a nice bathroom and tub.  The downstairs has the other cute bedroom, another full bathroom,  a good sized kitchen open to a great and large living and dining area. The VIEW from the main room is stunning and was our ‘TV’ for the week.  The lake is just gorgeous!  It has a little dock with kayaks and plenty of nice seating and lounge chairs.  It’s great to have a full grass lawn !  The pups loved the house and the yard and the lake!  The house was super clean and roomy but cozy in it’s feel.  So many great little towns nearby – it was just the perfect house to get away from the city!  The community was chill, even tho it was Memorial Day weekend.  Thanks to Michael who was super responsive (not that we needed anything!) but if we had a question. Etc.  Thank you Michael ! We hope to be back for another visit !!!  

Beautiful location, very nicely decorated and spotlessly clean home with a lot of thoughtful amenities provided. And the town, which is a short drive from the home, is very charming with lots of cute shops and great dining options. The only couple of flags are the bedrooms are all side by side and the walls are thin, so be prepared to be aware of the movements of all staying in the house (or bring headphones). And they’re not joking when they say the neighbors are close, like RIGHT next to you on both sides, and sound definitely travels easier on the water. We were grilling one night and could hear every word the couple next door to us spoke as they had their evening wine on their deck. So just keep that in mind if you’re seeking deep privacy or have a noisier group. But overall a lovely and peaceful stay in a beautifully appointed home. I’d be happy to come back.

We had a great weekend stay at Katherine’s. The Esopus Bend Nature Preserve is only a ten minute drive and we really appreciated the local recommendations provided in the binder!

This place was so perfect for our friendship getaway out of the city! We were able to just relax and felt right at home in Antonia’s house. There was something to keep us busy all day from drinking coffee on the dock to grilling on the deck! I’d highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this location during my daughter’s graduation from Bard College. The location has beautiful views of the lake and the layout of the property was perfect for the family to gather and celebrate, while also giving everyone the space for their own quiet time or rest. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to have the opportunity to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

Robin and Stan were terrific hosts, they were very proactive with communication and super accommodating during our entire stay. The house was absolutely lovely and so easy to get to from the main part of town. Robin also has the cutest store located just down the street that is a must visit! Overall 10/10 stay!

Genuinely one of the most charming and delightful airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in! Julian was super communicative and he gave us plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The bed was comfortable, amenities were great, and the location was unbeatable. David was a very responsive and proactive host. We left a small item behind and he even went out of his way to mail it back to us. Overall 100/10 recommend!

We recently had an amazing ski-weekend stay at Gregory’s Condo. From the booking to departure, Gregory was very responsive and extremely helpful in every way. The Condo was impeccable, welcoming and well-stocked. Everything was thoughtfully designed and setup to host our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The Condo has been recently remodeled and has beautifully upgraded bathrooms and other additions. We really liked that each bedroom and living area had separate climate control. We will definitely be returning customers.

We loved staying at this studio apartment. It was a great location, close to Hyde park and rhinebeck. Great restaurants and towns for shopping. The host was responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment was clean and had all the extras you may need.

A wonderful spot if you are traveling with a pup and looking for a convenient spot to explore Columbia county. I travel upstate a lot and this Airbnb is one of the nicer ones I have visited. The space was absolutely spotless!! Great dining space, and all the kitchen basics. The star of the show is definitely the fenced in yard. My dog was a huge fan!! The tub in the bathroom is also a nice amenity. Only things to consider, Phimont is a still a town in transition. Not somewhere I enjoy spending time. But there are tons of things nearby. Also, you do hear some noise from neighbors. Nothing that diminished our stay. I really appreciated how proactive and responsive Michelle and Jacopo were. Overall I would definitely recommend!

We had a great say. Beautiful area. Tremendous lake which we enjoyed by kayak. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice sitting area outside and another on the front porch. We were here early June and so the eatery next store and another up the road were not open for the season quite yet. Great communication.

The lake house is truly gorgeous, especially with the fall foliage. We fell in love with the location and plan to be back soon.

Great cozy Catskill house with close access to highway. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of fun stuff to do around the Catskill region. Loved the old cozy home vibe of the place with nice carpets and rugs.

Went away for the weekend and it was the perfect getaway for us (+ our dog) from the city! Quiet, peaceful, had all the amenities we needed to stay in (hot tub, porch seating, fire pit and streaming on TV), and close to some restaurants and a few cidery/breweries if you wanted to go out. Place was super clean and hosts were very responsive. Would definitely come back and stay for longer if we can next time.

My friends and I loved our weekend getaway at Vivian's lake house. Vivian was a very responsive host and provided clear instructions that made our stay seamless. The space was super clean, modern, and easily accommodated all 8 of us. The highlight of our trip was spending time on the lake with the provided kayaks and paddle boards. We enjoyed ending the day by grilling and sitting around the fire pit. We wish we had stayed longer!

Amazing place. Lisa & Steve's cottage made for an amazing weekend. We had pretty bad weather but it was still a great weekend. The lake is so peaceful and the set up of the cottage is perfect. The cottage has everything you need, as well as everything you didnt know you needed! We'll definitely be back. Ate at The Aviary, The Smokehouse & The Maker (Hudson) - all very different but incredible.

It's hard to beat a place like this if you are looking for a peaceful, quiet, and comfortable stay. The lakefront backyard with kayaks, fireplace, heated porch with swing, and amenities to meet any basic need, made this a wonderful base for our group of four adults, a child, and furry friend to explore the area. It's a beautiful country/lake side escape a short drive from a number of villages and towns providing great eats, good shopping, and sightseeing. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We felt right at home with plenty of space for 2 families to stay. Wouldn't change a thing!

This is our second stay at White Bunny Cottage. Just like our first stay this lovely home was super clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a great stay. Check in and check out are extremely easy. If you run into any glitches, Lisa is very quick to respond and fix the problem. Our glitch was my fault...arrived prior to the door code activation, but Lisa was kind and fixed the problem in no time at all. We really like the location of this home in Sleepy Hollow. It is quiet and peaceful just we what we look forward to in the evenings after visiting family in the area during the day. Airbnb photos accurately represent this beautifully decorated home.
