Lovely place, did what it said on the tin! Walkable to the main parts of Hudson. Very comfortable. Beautifully equipped.

Renee and Scott's place was fantastic. Clean, incredibly well appointed and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The thoughtful touches, like the s'mores kit, complimentary amaro, and board game set made us feel like we were in a home away from home. You could really tell how much care and creativity that they put into hosting guests.

Where do I begin with how incredible this place is for spending time with loved ones! This house sits beautifully on top of a hill, with complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle. The scenic views from the patio are breathtaking, complemented by a very well-maintained garden and beautiful landscaping. There are lovely areas for peaceful walks throughout the property. This place looks even better in person – beautifully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable furniture throughout. Everyone had the most restful sleep, and even the bathroom chairs were a wonderful touch. Michael and Francis were extremely communicative and accommodating. The fully equipped kitchen is also a huge plus. We would absolutely come back!

This was our second stay in Richard's home (we accidentally missed the review period for the first stay but that also would have been 5 stars!). We enjoyed our second stay just as much. The home itself is cozy, clean, well laid out, and well stocked. We were especially appreciative of the generously-sized television for movie nights, the fireplace which enhanced the cozy vibes, and the shower (the shower head is so awesome I bought one for home, and the hot water is plentiful)!! The outside of Richard's home is just as enjoyable as the inside - the patio is well equipped with furniture and a grill and the lawn is perfect for soaking up the sun and bird watching. Richard's home is a short drive from Tannersville and Hunter, which are both lovely towns each with some tasty food options worth exploring. And it's not too far from Phoenicia either (great food!!). Lastly, Richard's home is super close to North-South Lake Campground which boasts some incredible views and hikes.

Ray was super responsive before and during our trip and personally welcomed us at check-in. We had two families with young kids stay for a week, and it was perfect! The vast backyard had a gentle slope, so we used the provided sleds, and also let the kids practice snowboarding and skiing before heading to Windham. Inside, everything felt brand new, from beds, linens, board games to ziplock bags. Iced coffee, seltzers, and coffee pods were provided. The well-stocked kitchen allowed us to cook all week—never eating out. Perhaps because it was Valentine’s Day, we received a huge box of Lindt chocolates on arrival. Mornings greeted us with deer and turkeys roaming out back. After days on the slopes, we enjoyed the pristine brand new, hot tub with amazing jets. At night, we made fires with the provided wood and roasted s’mores. An overall an idyllic mountain experience. Will definitely be back!

We had a fantastic stay at Anton’s Airbnb for our family ski trip to Hunter Mountain! The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated our group of six adults and three children. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax, and the kids especially loved the game room—it was a big hit! The location was perfect, just a short drive to the ski resort, which made our trip super convenient. The surrounding town was nice, with everything we needed within easy reach. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. Thank you, Anton, for providing such a wonderful stay. We would definitely love to return!

Julia was so kind throughout our entire stay. She taught us so much about Taoism and the tea ceremony was amazing. The animals and land surrounding the property made for a great, quiet getaway. I’d love to come back someday, especially in the fall

A cozy, warm, gorgeous little hideaway, super dog friendly and extremely convenient to Hunter Mountain skiing. I cannot say enough good things about Greg as a host, he was so responsive, warm, and accommodating, it felt like staying at a friend’s place. Comfy beds, great fire, thoughtful touches throughout the home, and fully stocked with everything you could want (seriously, I felt like I was in my own kitchen). Have not felt so peaceful and relaxed in a long time. Highly recommend, and we will be back for sure.

It's hard to find a place with sufficient private space for 4 separate people. This apartment is large and very well-equipped with basic toiletries and kitchen supplies (salt and pepper on dining room table!). Like others, we found Robin and Stanley very responsive. We had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at David’s place. The bed was comfortable, amenities were great, and the location was unbeatable. David was a very responsive and proactive host. We left a small item behind and he even went out of his way to mail it back to us. Overall 100/10 recommend!

We recently had an amazing ski-weekend stay at Gregory’s Condo. From the booking to departure, Gregory was very responsive and extremely helpful in every way. The Condo was impeccable, welcoming and well-stocked. Everything was thoughtfully designed and setup to host our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The Condo has been recently remodeled and has beautifully upgraded bathrooms and other additions. We really liked that each bedroom and living area had separate climate control. We will definitely be returning customers.

I fell in love with the location just from the photos—and I was even more excited when I arrived and saw that everything looked exactly as pictured. John provided clear instructions on how to get in and even recommended some great spots to eat and explore (I didn’t get a chance to check them out this time, but I definitely will on my next visit). I rarely get peace and quiet at home, so I truly appreciated and enjoyed my four restful days in Hudson. John was very friendly and checked in during my stay, which I really appreciated. Again I thank John for allowing me to leave my belongings there while I completed my clinical assignment. I will for sure recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Hudson.

Gina’s place was the best! Very cozy, perfect location in town, I really felt right at home. And Gina had great communication and clear instructions. She even recommended a cute little bar with live music. My fiancé and I had a lovely weekend getaway and we will absolutely be staying here again and again. :)

It was the perfect place for our small little ski trip. House was conveniently located. We could walk to the mountain as well as some local shops and restaurants.

Floor’s place is clean and nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable and location is super close to Hunter Mountain where we went skiing. I would stay here again.

We loved our three night stay at Gabe's place! Our trip was a songwriting retreat, and this rental was the perfect blend of privacy and convenience. The house was very quiet so that we could focus on creative work, and yet it was just a short drive to some great restaurants and the cute downtown of Catskill when we needed a break. The open living room gave us plenty of space to stretch out to work, and the air conditioning units helped us stay cool. We are already talking about the possibility of returning next year!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was quiet and peaceful. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We felt right at home with plenty of space for 2 families to stay. Wouldn't change a thing!

This was our 2nd visit. Everything was Great. Our son and his family live close, we flew into Albany, less than an hours drive. The grill was nice, had a cook out one evening. The firepit was a nice touch. The host was quick to respond anytime we had questions. Great Stay.

A beautiful cozy get away with deer strolling through every so often. It was easy to travel to nearby towns and destinations. Bonnie was very helpful, responsive and gave amazing recommendations!

I celebrated the weekend of my birthday with 5 friends and we had a wonderful time! The house had everything we needed to cook/serve/entertain and we really enjoyed making use of the amenities in the house as well as the dock for lakeside activities. We found everything comfortable and clean and would happily return.
