Comfortable cottage in the fishing grounds of the Dalešice dam. The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Fishing cabin with sauna

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on a picnic blanket and a boat ride, and during the day, you can freshen up under the solar shower or relax in a hammock watching the sunset. Newly available at our hotel is a private wood-fired sauna – the perfect ritual for warming up your body after a long day. In the evening, you'll be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air firepit, while bats glide silently overhead. The perfect place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Attic apartment by the pond

You have the entire apartment unit to yourself. 2 beds are in the bedroom, 2 beds on a fold-out bed with quality mattresses. You can enjoy a large terrace with seating. Our family lives on the ground floor, there is another apartment in the attic, which is adjacent to the apartment. Guests appreciate the view of the pond, walking or cycling in the nearby forests, or the possibility of visiting the surrounding cultural monuments. The house is located in a village near Jindřichův Hradec. You can relax, whether you're passing through or want to stay for a few days.

Due to its location, it is a great starting point for planning trips to the beautiful southwestern corner of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands near Telč.

New and equipped cottage with a covered veranda in a quiet place on the edge of the Ratmírovský pond. There's a small extension at the back of the cottage where you can hide your bikes. Inside there is a hob, kettle, built-in fridge, microwave, air conditioning/el. heating, TV. Fee per dog 150,- /night Around the cottage is a large grassy plot and a fence. A unique experience awaits you in this carefully renovated flat in the middle of the Renaissance town of Slavonice (Zlabings). The flat is situated on Namesti miru in the middle of the old town. It has a wonderfully big kitchen with gothic vaulted ceiling. The bathroom is very nice with high gothic ceiling and a big bathtub that easily fits two. Restaurants and shopping are right next door.
