Very peaceful and surrounded by rural views it is ten minutes from the beautiful beaches of the South Hams, close to the picturesque towns of Dartmouth, Totnes and Kingsbridge and an hour away from Dartmoor. A great spot from which to explore the beauties of South Devon. It has a fully fitted kitchen, a log burner, wifi and all creature comforts and has been finished in an 'industrial/French farmhouse' style.

The Stables is one of three lettable Units in the Carlane Court complex set in the charming Village of Slapton in South Devon. This quaint homely Village is perfectly situated to access the many country walks including Slapton Ley and the Coastal Pathways. Stokenham, Strete, Tor Cross and Chillington are just some of the Villages easily accessible from the property. A cosy home from home experience directly managed by the owners. Parking and EV charging (50p per unit) also available.

A beautiful open plan studio apartment, furnished to the highest standard for self-catering with a fully equipped kitchen with oven, grill, hob, fridge, microwave. There is a dining area, lounge equipped with a TV and a great wet room. Outside is a private patio area with sun loungers and bistro set. Ample parking on drive. We are surrounded by beautiful countryside with plenty of walks and great pubs nearby. It is located in a small hamlet near Chillington - it's rural so a car is essential. We are a 10 minute drive from the South West Coastal Path, and Beesands Torcross beaches. For walkers of the coastal path, we offer a pick-up drop-off service. Please message for details.

Salcombe is easily reached by foot ferry from East Portlemouth 5 miles away.
